Hotel O Sakthi Grand

If you are booking your room through the Oyo website* you'll be treated badly and the receptionist behaves rude. This is what we faced. They are not taking care of customers. Too bad. If you are taking additional 1 hr they are charging 24hr payment for the additional hr.

One of the worst experience i had in this hotel. Very cheap behaviour of receptionist. Even he put malai for sabari malai or palani malai even though he speaking bad words to the customers. And he directly stating that if we booked the room grom oyo they won't give respect. Wahsroom is not clean and flesh is not working. It's not like a hotel looks like a wineshop bar. Ni8 In between they clicking calling bell continuous and asking matchbox but in guidelines they stating no smoking area. I reached OYO customer care also but they are stating will check and take appropriate action. Also asking extra 1000RS for that cheap room

The place is located inside some office complex. It doesn't even look like it's a hotel room. Restrooms were in awful condition with leakage happening from the ceiling and no hand showers. The AC was working but no remote was there to control. The place doesn't know what hygiene is.

Nothing is working, worst room service, no hand shower available, TV also not working, AC working but no remote, it doesn't even look like its a hotel room. It's literally inside some small office building.

Zero points. They accept booking on 4/2 and on 21/2 they rudely no booking as no advance paid. But they tell bill can be settled at the hotel direct. Behaviour of one Arun in Oyo sakthi grand horrible.He is totally an uncultured boy not knowing anything in customer service.Last minute they are back stabbing customers. all rooms allotted to other customers and ditched those who booked on 4/2 Never visit this OYO group.totally run by goons and mannerless thugs. OYo grand 74485 to be removed and the irresponsible counter staff Arun be punished

Rooms are good and bed are well maintained, but in toilets facilities like flush and water seepage are not so good.

Room was clean. Spacious one. Ac is working properly. I extended for 1 hour also. They accepted. Environment is good. U have supermarket below Oppo u have good veg restaurant Negative things : They will not provide brush and toothpaste. Bed sheet having some straints In bathroom i did not get hot water Water closet was not clean.

It is placed in the prime location. Highly accessible from the main road. Everything is at a walkable distance, the supermarket restaurants medical store and everything. They have a huge parking space that is a plus point when you are looking for a stay in the city center. Rooms pricing is fine, I think directly calling them and booking is much cheaper because you will get 24 hours room according to your arrival. Rooms are clean and good. On tv i didn't find any channels. Wifi is functional but you can't 100% relay on it. Speed is sometimes very less.. All together good experience.
