HOTEL CORNICHE PARK

The service has become horrible lately. While the grounds are nicely maintained and the ambience nice, the staff are untrained, rude and incompetent, except for the one waiter. Hospitality zero. On numerous occasions if the waiter wasn't around and you asked the other staff for something, they'd tell you to go get it yourself and point in the general direction. I asked for food to be parceled after we finished our meal, they told me to go to the kitchen and parcel it. I asked for a spoon, they told me to go to the office and request one. I don't understand why these additional staff are just loitering about like it's their home, sitting around and being useless while customers are present, most of the time they're just strolling around not doing anything and will not provide any assistance. Better staff is required. Imo - get rid of the time wasters, not a good look for the business. The pool is rarely cleaned these days, don't recommend getting into it unless you wanna risk getting sick. Cleaning involves dumping copious amounts of bleach into the pool, lately the water is always murky. The food isn't as good as it used to be. It used to be quite good in the past.

Food is price wise ok, but quality wise very bad. One or two check it. Then, try the food,and water service is only water bottle in 20 rs. You have idea for this place take it of water bottles or mini vessels. Responsible is poor for somebody's.....

Room service good, ambience was good. Everything is good.... Food cost is high and should provide taste...

The room was neat and clean. We stayed in the AC Room. AC worked well. The room and bathroom are spacious. Towels were not provided. Table and Chairs were available. But, the heights don't match for sit and work or eat. A complementary kit and 2 small water bottles were available inside the room. Complementary Breakfast was provided. Timing until 9 A.M. Overall a good feeling during the stay.

Visit here only for swimming never booked, food needs improvement. Very few options to choose from.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in my entire life . Not providing enough water to the customer. If we ask initially we need to pay the money first and then only they will provide the water. If we ask for any services like any kind of food water, and even a candy. Most of the customer experience only for their personal services.

Very unprofessionalism. Would not recommend this stay to anyone. Went there to attend marriage reception and hence booked stay for convenience. We don't even want to consider this property again. When questioned at the somuch torn pillow covers the bellboy says that he cannot do anything about it as the management doesn't bother on these . AC wasn't functioning well. No cleanliness around. Amenities zero available. No tea kettle , coffee or tea. Plastic water jug And uncleaned glasses were provided . Dirty washroom, dirty doormats, dirty taps, faucets. No dental kit, only when asked they give. Bitter experience, overall. I can find flaws in everything here.

We went to book halls for two functions. The campus is filled with lot of trees and play area for children is available. There is even a small artificial waterfall with a swimming pool. Decent car parking space is available. There were three halls in the campus, the second hall from the entrance is poorly designed and ambience was bad. They charge even for drinking water. While that is understandable, selling water over MRP made a very bad impression of them for me. When asked why they are selling water over MRP, they gave a lame response that there is no entry fee.
