Hotel Atrium

A good hotel for a place like Erode and its kind of living life styles. Since it is more of a trading city and nothing towards tourism, difficult to expect better as a tourist. Very apt for business overnight stay.

A peaceful and comfortable place to stay .. They have a restaurant as well which is more advantage. Food is also good.. Prefer to book online so that you can get best deal rather than direct booking

Booked a room at Atrium Hotel for a night (January 18-19) while en route to Chennai. I chose this hotel because I had a pleasant experience here back in 2017. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Upon check-in, I inspected the room and immediately noticed that it was not clean. The room had a foul smell, with a strong odor of cigar smoke. I reported this to the hotel staff right away. They requested me to check another room, but unfortunately, the second room wasn't any better--it also had an unpleasant smell. I expressed my displeasure and told the staff that I wanted to cancel the booking. They informed me to check with MakeMyTrip regarding the cancellation. I reported my complaint to MakeMyTrip, and after verifying the situation with the hotel, MakeMyTrip processed a refund. Given the late hour and the inconvenience caused, I had to book another room the same night at Hotel Turmeric, which also belongs to the management of Atrium. This entire experience was stressful, especially since I was traveling with my family. For the price they charge, the lack of cleanliness and proper upkeep at Atrium Hotel is simply not justified. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family. This version captures your full experience in a clear and detailed manner. Very close to the railway station(walkable distance). Neatly maintained rooms. Good complimentary breakfast.

Poorly lit hotel with shabby rooms and ugly corridor carpets. Poorly maintained building. Average rooms with bad cleanliness. Very average breakfast.

Do not stay here and if you are travelling with your family. Rooms are not maintained & not clean. Food is not good & complete tasteless. Not a hygiene place to stay with kids even for a day stay.

Rooms are very comfortable and the toilets are spotless. Only minor issue was the charging points had minor issue being loose and it stopped charging. The food and their room service was also excellent. The housekeeping staffs were very courteous and responsive. Location wise it's awesome as it's just 300metres from the railway station. All in all excellent value

Rooms are little old and need small maintenance, but overall its okay. Facilities are good. Neat and Clean
