Hotel Aishwaryaa

Worst experience ! AC is not working in room 402. I checked in at 12pm and check out at 9:30 am. They are saying the whole hall is connected to centralised AC and it will take time to cool rooms . Building is bloody old and ripped off. They gave me 10% offer on only that room while I booked two rooms . That too Only after I insisted to call the manager.

Worst experience I don't prefer anyone to this hotel, room service was bad and behavior of here staffs are aggressive. Food quality and not have enough parking facilities

Recently I had my son's betrothal function on 16th July 24,in this hotel. |Overall experience was good.|All the staffs were polite and courteous (Karthi, Suji, Mukesh, Kalish & Chinnu and all women housekeeping staffs) |Food was very good (we had bfst/ lunch &dinner) .|Food served after the function was also good. |Linen in the room was clean. |Areas of improvement:|Even though AC was working well in all rooms, the AC controls are worn out. |Bathrooms needs little extra care in terms of keeping the taps and floor cleaner.|Sufficient staffing at the reception & restaurant needs focus. |Sufficient plates were not available during our dinner arranged in the banquet hall. |Items like dosas and idlis could have served hot.||Suggestion: shortfall in service due to lesser manpower if addressed will be good. | in the areas highlighted

Good service, Good Approach by the staff. Food was tasty - Gentle & warm

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Aishwarya. Great service. Parking is available in front of the hotel and another parking area is also available 50m from the hotel. The disvantage is the room size for the price. Room is too small.
