I had a wonderful experience at Gokul Grande Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was excellent staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it's a great place to stay, offering both comfort and hospitality at its best. Highly recommended

This guys are really worst.. we wanted to take a break at midnight. We have called over the phone and checked availability and price as soon as we enter the hotel they changed price from 2500 to 3500 rupees and we have to checkout before 8am in the morning itseems. Which is not good at all.. don't know where they got all such kind of idiotic rules...

Worst experience. After charging for the room ( and having transacted from our end) the useless receptionist demands a second charge claiming that they can't check their statement since it was a sunday. Are these guys for real ! We showed them the bank statement with the transaction ID. Still they were insisting that we should double pay promising to return after checking the next day! I get the feeling that the receptionists here might be pocketing the money by stealth not showing on records and double charging people by harassment. I would have reported this to the police but I had better things ti do. The management is better off sacking such criminals sitting in the reception pocketing money into their own accounts and denying payment. I would definitely alert people to stay away from this place which obviously has thieves manning the reception

Located near bus stand, not in a very feel good area. Parking was peaceful but price was not reasonable. We were first provided a big room which was huge, but it smelling like someone smoked cannabis there. I informed the management (a guy who was busy playing rummy online) and they shifted us to a smaller room for the same price (which is not reasonable nor worth at all) the blankets were dirty, but they provided hot water 24/7, that was the main pro staying here. The person who showed us our room kept opening our room without consent. We had to pay him 20rs for water bottle for which he did this 4-5times (we didnt have change that time) being a tier two city, charging this much does not explain the quality they provide. I should have called the police for the cannabis smell, but we didn't want to take any risks since the place seemed a creepy. 1.5/5 - not for couples and family.

We booked for 4 person (3Adults and 1kid) they charged for all 4 but they gave only 1 bed and 1 towel, bathroom was leaking, nothing was working in the room, at last when the check out time came we asked for 1 hour and agreed to pay late payment. When we came to checkout, they asked for INR1000 for late, still we agreed to pay but requested for a receipt for the money which we pay, the guy at the reception refused to give any receipt. Is this money accountable?? Is this the normal way this hotel function?? Is this how they treat customers??? Is this how they take money without showing any income to the authorities?? Is this money going to the owner or workers?? Is it not illegal to refuse receipt for any payment made?? I'll never ever come back to this hotel and also I highly recommend anyone not to go here This is the worst hotel I have every seen
