It's a new property and my stay was Good, The Reception manager Mr.Rajendran takes care of all the guest in a nice manner,I wish him and Deepa Residency a good wishes.

The room is very big and looks are good . But cleanliness is very bad , too much of dust. Even after booking in advance , noone cared to clean or even vacuum the room. Mosquitoes are also huge concern
Very nice hotel for stay, I stayed for 10 days while on official tour, counter staff is very nice and cooperative breakfast is too good and hygiene level is very good
