Room is not good service is not good don't take this hotel First he show me the room and after he was talk me the room is sold in with in 1 minutes Please don't take this hotel

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Arun hotels, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I knew this was going to be a regrettable stay. Firstly, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist seemed more interested in chatting with their colleague than assisting me, leaving me standing there awkwardly for what felt like an eternity. When I finally got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The carpets were stained, the bedding looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks, and there was a strange odor lingering in the air. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It felt like they couldn't care less about their guests' satisfaction. Overall, my stay at Arun hotels was a complete disaster. Save yourself the trouble and find accommodation elsewhere. This place is not worth a single penny.

Stayed at Arun Lodge in Erode. The room was clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. However, amenities were basic. Overall, good value for a short stay.

The worst hotel I ever saw, the receptionist was arrogant and not that great parking space. Lift is very old that the lift cables may Cut anytime, the fan regulator didn't work, ac was old and noisy there was no hot water they charged nearly 1.8k but it wasnt worth even 500 The rate on the Name board outside is far Different from the name board inside they charge extra Never visit this hotel The sheets they gave was smelly and filthy, after telling them to change it, they gave the same smelly sheets, then they gave the bed cover, What kind of hotel is this if they didn't even know to wash a bedsheet properly After telling them the regulator didn't work thr room boy cooly said, we can't do anything abt it, I was like so frustrated, they said well change the room by 12 or so,all they gave is a double bed room,they said theyll give extra beds that is chargble How come even a fan regulator didn't work for 1.8k , Overall A Very bad experience 0/10 Waste of money

I chose a single bedroom, it's a very congested room. TV available at room. Bathroom not up to expected standard. The bedspread in the room is not so good Lift also not working Just kind old lodge not improved.

The amount advertised in their flux board is 1050 for ac. But they charged 750 additional. 2) ac not working 3)Room service is bad. Very poor sevice No cleanliness.

Room is Cheepler but not maintain every body, water is cost cleaning room is cost reception is cost, not response of every one . Example till now timing is 11.35 but not current in the room totally wast, no booking this lodge totally wastages people are working

This is a basic lodge with very basic amenities. You will be definitely invited by the mosquitoes if you keep your windows open. The staff at the reception will be really helpful. They don't provide any bedsheets unless you ask for them. The bed cover snad the pillow covers were dirty. Please do not touch the towels they provide. Keep this lodge as a last option if you need a really really pleasant stay in erode.
