Paradise Forest Resort Pondicherry

Very bad experience. It is not known for staying with family. There is no separate rooms for family to accommodate. They encourage alcoholic activities and no safety for family. Rooms are too small. There is no network inside the stay also the WiFi is not working properly. We can't use swimming pool since all alcoholic persons will use that and it is very nasty inside the pool. Please don't go with your family

I would like to give - Negative star. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort. The management is utterly poor, and the hospitality leaves much to be desired. The swimming pool was in terrible condition, and the rooms were in an even worse state--lacking proper ventilation and feeling suffocating. The restroom door locks were broken, adding to the frustration. Despite paying a hefty amount, the experience was nothing but upsetting. Additionally, the resort is far from any beaches in Pondicherry, making it inconvenient. I do not recommend staying here. Average complementary breakfast.

I had a very bad experience at this resort. First, the staff were very rude and didn't treat us well. The swimming pool was in terrible condition. The tiles were broken and uneven, which made it very dangerous. One of our group members got hurt because of the sharp tiles and loose pieces. There is no proper road connection. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Guys, please don't trust this paradise group in Pondy. We have paid advance and got confirmation as well. When we checked in, they denied and we wasted nearly three hours. Their service staff was too rude with us. Alternative property given, that's even worse. No basic amenities provided. Do not trust these people. Worst experience faced

Such a worst experience, it's seems not safe for girls and not worthy for money. Bad service, only worthy place is the swimming pool. Location is also very far from city. Totally disappointed and not recommended for those who are planning to explore pondy. Extra bed was too bad and manager behaviour was so rude.

The campfire experience was disappointing, as there was no specific time allocated for us. The beds were uncomfortable, and the restroom doors lacked locks. The room wasn't worth the budget, and the location was far from Pondicherry with poor road conditions. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not reliable.

Worst decision taken ever, to stay in this resort, showcasing something and actual scenario is something else! Won't recommend this at all to anyone unless it you're planning to stay in Street and you've lot money to waste in! Customer relations worst, room, service, everything is worst. Not even a single thing went right here, except we came in here in wrong place in the right timing
