Leisure Inn Resorts

Very much disappointed with entire stay in Leisure Inn . All rooms are filled with fungus smell. Seems like they will open the rooms on booking days and rest the days will be remains closed. Inside the bathroom you can see fungus formations clearly under the wash tubs. I'll attach the photo for reference. Comming to other facilities, they will claim they have swimming pools and other games. But all of were just a words. All such activities are allowed only till 7PM, for that they are claiming that as it is a residential area, they are having such restrictions. Next part is service, we called them twice for bringing the plates and water bottles . For the third time the service person straight away said we have closed everything and service will not be available after 10Pm in a rude way. Everything is some how acceptable and we understood, but the last thing I got frustrated is , we have came for a walk after 1Am, not even a group , we were only two . The security person(the same service guy) rudely said to go inside the room and guests are not supposed to roam inside the premises after 10. My simple question are you guys running any hostel to have such strict restrictions. People will be coming for a resorts for having some fun and quality time with friends and family. This resort is completely not suitable for bachelors or people who are expecting to have fun at the weekends. Also please don't pay any advance amount before checking the rooms. Pay only if you are comfortable with such awful fungus smell or fungus filled bathrooms.

1) We had stayed here for 3 days/nights ie on 29,30,31 Dec and check out on 1st Jan. We were really so happy with the stay. It was worth it . 2) Cleanliness - Top notch. The place is well maintained. 3) Services - The room services and any kind of service perse is good. 4) Staff and Management - Kudos to both of them. They are doing a very good job. 5) Prices - Worth the price for the stay. 6) Food - Food was really yummy. It's a homemade food and we really liked it. 7) Children play area and swimming pool is also there. 8) Birds like ducks and Turkey and rooster are an added attraction. 9) Location though is little far from Pondycherry but from the resort there are many nearby places to visit. Since it's little in the interiors, one can enjoy scenic beauties here. 10) All in all, a perfect family stay.

Very poorly maintained place, the gardens, the games , outdoors are not maintained at all Zero hospitality Food is pathetic Complimentary breakfast had only idli, semiya Very disappointed

Rooms and ambience are really good, Break fast are very limited, restaurant are worst and power failure happens 15 mins once overall 40% ok.

Soo bad.no proper Maintainence not Worth the money very worst.there was fungus in the bathroom and the games room was not good.didnt even keep soaps in the bathroom.i suggest not to go here.

Excellent helpful staff, nice home cooked food, the garden is pleasant but the room was tatty, the fridge didn't work and the pool looked very poorly kept, and for westerners the cockerel was noisy all night, but the main drawback here is the price. It's just way too expensive for what it offers. We came here from a beach resort that had a proper restaurant, excellent rooms, a bar, spa, a private beach and a large well kept pool and was 2/3rds the price. Overpriced.

Good place and ambience.... A best place out of the city for corporate meetings and events to happen. Friendly staff and management

Nice place to relax with family and friends. Good hospitality,food and neat rooms . I have been with my kids and wife and we enjoyed the resort. I recommend visiting this resort with family and friends. The place is little interior but once you enter the resort your view totally change. Both CEO's were very friendly and nice. Overall : Excellent resort and value for money.
