Good Hotel with decent amenities. Location is good for our purpose and the location is neat and clean . We visited on November but and the weather was nice . Stay doesn't had any issues and the staff were welcoming . During initial booking on call I was confused as they didn't provided any reference, but got a WhatsApp confirmation from my side for my safety. I suggest management to provide booking reference to customers on call - at least a number mentioning date and serial number - which would avoid confusions . Thanks for the good time .

Compared to other residents, the room service here is very poor, especially in terms of the reception staff. The receptionist's way of speaking lacks respectfulness, making guests feel unwelcomed. It's disappointing that such behavior and lack of attentiveness are tolerated, as they do not reflect well on the quality of service expected. Improving the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

Disappointed! The receptionists were arrogant and had a preconceived notion that we wouldn't be able to afford the stay. She kept saying "This is a 4-star" hotel. It didn't look remotely close to a 4 starred hotel. The rooms were shabby, they couldn't give us proper bottled water (just gave us a bottle that was already opened). The room didn't close properly, the key card didn't work. The hotel is situated at a corner plot with minimal parking. Once you park, it's a hassle to take the car out as the road beside is narrow and there is lot of traffic. The only advantage is, it's right opposite to the Temple. We were there only for a few hours and left before schedule as it wasn't worth the money or the time.

Very best and clean, with for money. Stayed more than 7 days for official trip. Room service is good and friendly. Veg. Restaurant is available next to hotel building. Very nice and decent hotel to stay for both family and office trip. It's just opposite to Eachanari vinayagar temple.

Staff behaviour is professional and respectful. Hotel located in a peacefull and calm area in Echanari with no rush & crowd. All facilities and resturant/bakeries available nearby commute distance. Good stay and accomodation within a friendly budget. I usually check-in here whenever I visit for office work as it is very close by and commutable.

Clean and neat rooms. Good service and walkable distance(1 km) from the OET center. Shops and other eateries are available near the hotel. Overall a preferable choice for OET candidates. Rooms have to be booked in advance , otherwise it won't be available

We stayed here in Coimbatore near to our official work location. The hotel was very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable and soft, also the charging points and other switches, wardrobes were in perfect place. The bathrooms were also clean . They provide complimentary 2 water bottles each day. The receptionist can understand Hindi or English.
