Ridiculous experience. The price is very high according to the facilities. Rooms are not maintained on a minimum level. In my room, there was 5 to 10 Cockroaches The wood shelf door was damaged. There was tv, but no dth service. Very very poor setup. Dont go there!

Totally worst. The owner of the hotel is purely money minded and he does not respect the customer. And receptionist and the owner drink and sit in the reception and they respond to the customers in their manner. And the hotel is surrounded by the boys hostel fully. the room not fit for family.

During my Vacation in last month, I have visited this hotel and seen all the facilities and rooms. Maintaining very well, rooms are very clean. Hotel staffs are very kind and rooms are suitable for families. Safe place to stay. Keep it up.

Rooms are spacious with A.C and big bed, a table 2 chairs,T.V, small balcony. Just next to NH 83 opposite Armagam University. Staff is helpful. However food and beverages like tea and coffee are not at all available. Nearby goog restaurants are present for this purpose.

Great hospitality by the reception staff. Clean, huge and spacious rooms. The right side rooms has balcony as well. Beds are big. Washrooms are western style. Towels are provided. Parking is on basement and has space outside as well. Food isn't available at the current moment but available nearby. Our stay was really good. Would highly recommend.

Good place to stay,with drinking water and hot water

Very bad customer service and rude receptionist ..When we reached this place, our booked room was not yet ready..gave money for 1day stay but wasted..Cleanliness is only average..TV wasnt working..dusty areas in the room..water heater in bathroom not working when needed..I wont recommend this place if you prefer a peaceful stay in Coimbatore..

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The value for money was excellent. Minor issues were promptly addressed by the efficient staff.
