Not worth to stay, better they can either completely renovated or sell it.. i have to shift to 4 different rooms, because either one of the facility is not working.. TV is fixed only after being asked.. worst ever stay in a hotel.. no restaurant or tie up for food delivery.. never experienced such services in the past..

Went i entered into lift and also room cigarette smell comming......both bed & pillow is very low quantity without maintenance. Price is also very high.......pls friends don't use the rooms available in SVS

Terrible experience. The receptionist charged me 4000 for one night, likely due to wedding season demand, but exploiting this and overcharging is unacceptable. The room I received had a foul-smelling mattress, no blankets, and a filthy toilet with a non-functional flush. There was no room service, and no nearby restaurants for food. The manager/receptionist refused card payments, claiming the machine wasn't working, and insisted on cash only. The place is shady and unclean. I regret not reading reviews beforehand. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The very worst decision in making our guests stay here. No attendance by room boys even after giving a call via room phones. No basic amenities like Heater, water bottle and bedsheets were supplied on time. Heater worked only after the guests vacated which was lethargically confessed by the receptionist. Totally utter waste. Never choose this hotel. Please prefer other options.

Booked accommodation for our guests from Chennai. In these winter days heater not worked. Room service was not there. Phone call for asking water was not picked up. Bedsheets were dirty. Very callous attitude for service. Very bitter experience. Better try some other accommodation

Disgusting rooms that you can't even imagine. Bed spreads were dirty, spider webs in most corners, floors were not cleaned at all, mould and foul smell once you enter the room. Not even worth to stay for free if offered. Moreover A/C wasn't working. No duvet or towels were given. Only good thing is the room service male was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend anyone not to stay here. Maybe it's just the room they offered was untidy and gross as I haven't seen the other rooms. Check before you check-in.

My personal opinion is not a good place to stay here. 16-07-2021 : I booked a room for my family because of my marriage and I'm coming from Ambur. When I'm trying to turn on the water heater the switches conduct current outside and I suffer. No use when I'm informing this with them. No proper maintenance.
