OYO 41328 Baboomas Rainbow Resort

Room was good . Owner was somewhere in USA so not care and maintenance at this resort. Each and every product was good inside the room but maintenance was very poor . No cleanliness No service Price cheaper After 6pm you can share with your bed mosquito. Full of mosquito only no all-out they provided . Rest room was not clean full of dust and cigarette. Highly not recommended for families. There is no cctv too.

Nice place to stay away from the traffic.. it's 5 km away from dindugal town in trichy bye pass.. good place to stay as group.. currently not ok for families. still outside infrastructure work not completed.. restaurant not opened and room service from outside foods... Rooms are good.. hospitality of empolyee are good..

Worst experience ever from oyo rooms. 5 of us were on a bike trip to Hampi and enroute we booked 2 rooms at Baboomas via oyo after checking the details. The pictures of their property were very good and breakfast was included in the package. We paid the full amount in advance and updated the check-in time as we were running late. Reached the property by 12am and couldn't find anyone there. After various trials got the number of the manager from oyo customer care and called him. This guy said he will send someone else and one guy came. He said that he works the palm farm, in which the hotel is situated and had no idea about bookings and all. When asked for manager, we were informed that he left the property earlier and never came back. Then I had to write down the address and stuff in a piece of paper and they took us to rooms. Only then did we understand that they have not prepared any rooms for us. They just opened 2 rooms got in and made the bedsheet and gave us the keys. We got in and were so disappointed that we immediately asked for change of rooms. The rooms were not cleaned after the previous stay. Pieces of used soaps and shampoos, old tooth brush.. Bed filled with dust of some kind, insects in bed, stains on bedsheet, spider web and what not. When asked for water the answer was that they don't have any at that time. When we insisted the guy brought a can of water which was taken from a tank. Immediately called oyo and asked for change of location. But there weren't rooms in the area. It was not feasible for us to travel more to find another room after a tiresome a ride of 400kms. Out of options, we were forced to stay in the uncleaned room full of dust for the night. I tried to take a shower and got electrocuted from the shower knob. Tried to turn the fan speed and turning the regulator made the lights turn on. Funniest thing was in the morning when we were charged for tea, not provided breakfast which was supposed to be complementary (for which we paid) and the truth that the owner of the property the manager were having a sound sleep in be neighbouring rooms. Tried to get a refund via oyo, but did not get the needed help. The owner walked past us and did not even look at us and went somewhere. Afterwards he sent in the guy whom we met earlier saying he has not received the full payment. I provided the payment proof (oyo app) and he was satisfied. Thank God. I just have to say that this is very unprofessional from a reputed firm like oyo who needs to take of the guests who book rooms through them. I will not blame the people at hotel because I did not make a direct booking with them. I book rooms with oyo because I used to believe that they have a set standard and this belief is ruined to dust today. Uploading some sample shots of what we had to face. We booked 2 rooms through Oyo. Did not look at the reviews as we were in a hurry, was a bad idea. We reached the "resort" by 12:30. Everything "seemed" normal, until we reached our rooms. Nothing was maintained properly. The rooms were smelly.. Every room had tables/chairs and water cans outside like a local Tasmac bar or something. There was literally no ventilation in the bathroom, no window or exhaust fan. Wonder which engineer designed/built this thing without the basic necessity of ventilation in the bathroom. Then the windows in the rooms had huge holes where mosquitoes can unleash hell upon us. This resort is situated in a palm trees farm and everywhere you look, its full of trees and plants. You can imagine how many mosquitoes must be thriving in such conditions. We literally had to light 3-4 mosquito coils to make them go away. And had odomos to survive the night. Adding to the bathroom woes, the water was too salty. One could not bath or brush your teeth with this water. It was just too sticky and gross. Amidst all this, there was a gang in the other room that was drinking and playing music, partying all night without caring about the people sleeping in the other rooms. Then the resort manager tried to scam us by saying that one of our rooms were booked as a "single" room rather than the "double deluxe" room that we booked in the OYO app. He was asking for 300-400 rupees extra. I just showed him my booking details and he could not reply to me with a straight face. Overall, a complete terrible experience. Please do not go to this resort if you are going with your family. This is a resort for people who want to drink and party, disturb the people around with loud music and shouting all night.

No toileteries provided, toilet not clean, sheets not washed had stains of a previous dinner or lunch...we arrived late and the front office was manned by a fully drunk dude... We booked through MMT... The infrastructure was good, however in a service industry, we expect service which was lacking. Shower was pathetic... And no ventilation in the toilet... How does one live inside an ac room with no ventilation in the toilet... Need to congratulate the architect for his amazing skills

While leaving resort receptionist begged to write a 5 star review, 3* for only room inside and why 2 star minus is as Bed sheets and towel are not washed properly. No restaurant or basic room services. Good Escort service providers as it's placed outskirts city limits and came to know that owners brother has already worked in CBCID dindigul and now posted as SP. There is no need to bother of police raids. Guys if u want to enjoy this is the best and safest place in dindigul and they are providing good girls. stains ( all know what type of stain in these type of resorts) on Bed-sheet and towel not washed properly so guys while going take your own towel as this resort is meant for best escort service providers not to go with family or friends as for food you have to go to nearby village where you can get only parottas or idly dosa. I don't know why online service providers are agreeing for this type of resorts. Maybe their aim is to only get commission from room bookings. Not even an educated guy to respond properly. when asked about this this peculiar name Babooma's the reply got was excellent. No where in the world a guy starts resort in Lover name and use it for escort services. My request as all coming here are for same reason, i request you to provide clean and washed towel and bed sheets at same time maintain toilets hygiene as inside toilet, Below mirror side i found used condoms lying in corner.

Room size is good for 3 people to start but the cleanliness is bad, broken doors, not well maintained need to improve a lot of things, not even provided drinking water.

Infrastructure not yet completed... Good for group stay . If room service and restaurant started means good place to stay away from City Life.... It's 5 km away from dindugal town in trichy bye pass...
