Nivis Hotel and Bar

My fiancee and I wanted to make beautiful memories, so we planned a one-day bike trip from Madurai to Sirumalai. However, we unexpectedly got very tired and needed a place to refresh ourselves. While searching for a nearby hotel, we found Hotel Nivis. Initially, they treated us professionally and informed us that the room tariff was based on an hourly rate--900 for three hours. However, when we checked out, they charged us 1,200. When I questioned this, pointing out that they had initially mentioned 900, they gave me vague and unconvincing explanations, making it clear that they were trying to overcharge us. If you're planning to visit this hotel, I strongly recommend checking the tariff details and the terms and conditions carefully to avoid unexpected charges.

Bad experience at the hotel .no clean restrooms .no maintenance there were different images displayed in Google search . overall worst experience .

Pros: 1) Venue located near the Highways, and it has sufficient open parking area. 2) It has several amenities Cons: 1) Rooms are not so clean, and it stinks 2) AC leaks, even after reporting the didn't cared about it. 3) no door matt available with the bathroom, even after request they didn't provided.

Some time back I book this hotel in 1000 but now manager asked me 2000. Hotel rooms are not in good condition. Toilet is dirty. I visited in different hotels in all over india but this kind of dirty toilet in any hotel i never seen. So many Mosquitoes in the room. Location of the hotel is the only thing what i get good otherwise overall experience is worst.

A decent stay hotel. The AC was of bad quality and didn't worked during night time may be because of the low voltage. The toilet flush in the room we stayed wasn't working properly too. The TV connection didn't had ample number of channels to cater to the occupants. Proper maintenance of the facilities can improve the rating of the place.

Bar worst sidiesh and service,am disappointed
