DAWOOD RESIDENCY

Pros: A decent place for a one-night stay. The owner was polite and helpful. Conveniently located near the bus stand. The rooms were clean, and there weren't many issues. Cons: A few rats were seen running around outside but did not enter the room. The bed cot is a bit hard. If you're used to very comfortable beds, you might feel a bit uncomfortable.

Avoid this place completely. Especially not for families. We recently stayed there with family and found it very disappointing, We had 2 rooms booked.. No toileteries, or drinking water was provided. Had to go to shop and buy soap later. A 10 rupee soap for a 1000 rupee room is not a big deal. Bathrooms were not cleaned and was smelling bad. There is also a slaughterhouse or Chicken farm nearby which was causing bad smell, but outside the room. There is only one staff there who is also the receptionist. One of the taps in bathroom was stuffed with clothe and a stick(See photos). Wash basin tap was giving water like a tiny thread. There was no hot water. When asked for it, they said it will come in morning and even the hot water tap was not giving any water at all. He didnt even bother to come and check it. We had boiled all the water for bathing using our Kettle, because it was early morning and the attendant was still sleeping. Later only we realized that valve on top has been kept closed and that was why hot water was not coming. And the hot water tap is placed on right side, not left side. Only good part is that the place is on main road side and has good parking space. The hotel rooms are actually good and has quality, but everything is poorly managed by the staff. There were only few guests also. Hope the owner reads this review and take care of these.

A clean and hygienic place with reasonable prices, offering exceptional customer service. Special mention to the receptionist, Mubarak, whose excellent manners and communication skills stand out. Once you experience staying here, you won't consider any alternatives when visiting the area.

The Customer Service is bad. I stayed there on Jan 26th. They said the price was 950rs. I gave them 1000rs, but they didn't even give me the change. I called them after. They said they would make an online payment. But they didn't do it. They should have mentioned to me 1000rs.

Excellent caring from Mubarak sir, he very patient and polite, so yesterday I'm facing an issue regarding bill payment of on that time he helped me personally and provide me auto charges too, words Can't explain sincere thanks to Mubarak sir and Drawood Residency

Very fine hotel. Room is very clean and nice.very affordable. Manager name mubarak is a very nice guy.

Reception staff are very nice behaved. Rooms are clean. Nice service.
