KAVERI RESIDENCY DHARMAPURI

I had a very disappointing experience at this residency. There is a significant mismatch between the pictures they uploaded online and the actual condition of the property. The washrooms were in terrible condition, and the rooms were extremely dirty. I was so dissatisfied then I vacated the room immediately and requested a refund. Although they refunded most of the amount, they retained 200 without any valid reason. I strongly advise others not to stay at this place--it's one of the worst I've ever encountered.

Room was good and water bottles and towels were provided. Staff were cordial and checkin process was smooth

One of the best lodges at Dharmapuri. Staff are very friendly and cordial. Sufficient car parking is provided at the adjacent vacant plot. Charges are also very reasonable and affordable for middle class people. Since located on the main road, easily accessible to other place.

The worst service I had ever seen during my stay at kaveri residency with my family, brother and my kids . I don't understand that why some people are saying it's good hotel and all that nonsense. There are no staffs at all. The reception manager is the worst guy. He doesn't know how to talk how to behave with customers who came with family and kids to stay at his hotel away from home. Completely worst guy. First he told different price and while leaving it was different.we argued on that but he started nonsense talk.No positive response at all. he was very aggressively talking.The rooms are very small. No ventilation and full of mosquitoes. You can not use mosquito coil due to small room and ventilation problem. They don't have hand gun in western style toilet to wash after your daily routine work. Bathing Shower was not working. They did not gave towel, soap, water anything. No wifi ,Nothing at all. I can say it's worst hotel to stay for single as well as for family. Please don't visit to the hotel with your family at all.

We are currently staying here and one of the worst services in our travel. None of the staff members are friendly.. You can't even get an extra bed sheet.. They won't give you wifi password that easily.. They will say one cost and later say we told that for non AC .. no clear communication.. No ventilation.. Only thing good here is the neatness of the rooms.. it's average.. Won't recommend this stay unless it is the final option..

A compact neat lodging house in dharmapuri just 2 km away from bus stand and railway station.|The staff are polite and helpful.|Recommended for stay.|You can visit the popular kala bhairaviar temple which is another 3 km.there is a perumal and sivan koil adjacent to each other.|Varaveera perumal and mallikarjuna swamy.

Room was neat and clean. Nice place to stay for family members. Staffs were kind and polite.

One of the worst lodging in Dharmapuri. Completely unsafe for young boys and girls. The staffs doesn't know how to treat their guests, they don't give respect. Poor People handling and very bad mannerism. Pls stay away from this if you need peace. 0 star rating
