No customer service. Rude behaviour. Rooms are not clean. Full of dust. No hot water. No car parking.

The place is very good to stay and maintenance is also ok. But the service is very poor. They don't treat the customers well. They don't keep up their word. They just need money. I would not suggest this place to anyone

Very bad Experience. Paid advance amount through Phone pe while booking the room which remains under process due to network issue. Paid the amount in Cash. But, the amount debited 2 days later. While we ask money they are not responding properly and saying it's not credited. Even I checked with my bank manger, he confirmed the bank account number in which the amount got transferred But, they are saying as not credited without checking the account statement. Even the hotel located in my native. I don't know what will be the response to the person who is from other cities.

Bad experience. No room service, overpriced, they don't care at all, they just need money. Rooms were not clean and when complained about it to the incharge person, he did nothing to get it fixed. There are other good options around, don't get scammed here.

If they completed the extension work then ok. Medium only.

no room service, tv remote not provided and I was told that remote will not be provided due to corona. cost wise better..

Bathrooms not clean. Broken bath fittings broken window clip. New building good interiors. Lift not working.

Located outside from dharapuram. Super market available nearby. But no restaurant available. Room is good. Only free channels available in tv.
