Extremely Unprofessional & Rude Reception - Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience at Lemurian Hotel right from the inquiry stage. The receptionist was incredibly rude, responding with a harsh tone and an unwelcoming attitude. Rather than assisting potential guests politely, they seemed irritated by even basic questions. Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable, but here, it felt more like I was disturbing them by simply asking for information. To make things worse, there was no proper seating for guests who came to book a room. While customers were left standing, a person--who seemed to be the owner--was comfortably seated, watching everything with an intimidating presence. The atmosphere was far from professional, and the entire experience felt unwelcoming, almost as if guests were being treated as a nuisance rather than valued customers. A hotel should prioritize customer service and ensure a welcoming environment, but Lemurian Hotel fails miserably in this regard. If this is how they treat people before even checking in, I can only imagine how bad the service would be after booking a stay. I strongly do not recommend this hotel unless they make serious improvements in their customer service and management. Save yourself the trouble--there are far better hotels with professional service!

good hotel|my family and my sisters family stay for 1 day in the month of nov. 2025hotel is very good and food is also very good. there is swimming pool in hotel. so childrens are very happy. nice stay we had there.chandru very nice staff in front office

I called hotel number for rooms at 3.00 am no response I frond office gate we came at 2.00 am security not open gate I tried phone number reception person not attending phone call very poor response

Awesome stay .homely Food Super break fast Al-carte. Less quantity.but it serves hot and tasty break fast. Room wise very clean.but bathroom amenities like exhaust fan not working . Boys altitude is good.very good service. Front office is good

Very bad service from their receptionist like Gunda and they don't allowed to go to restaurant, the serving water taste like saline water I don't recommend to stay there

Felt good. But there was a smell in our room so we called the room service. They just sprayed but did not clean the room. The swimming pool is good but they are told not to swim because of chlorine water.

stayed one day in suit room paid 7000 , no cleanliness, low quality food, no parking facility. They don't have rectangle shaped adopter to recharge our phones. Tv channel seems not paid, poor Wifi signal. Total waste of money. Instead we can stay in any three star hotel.Bitter experience in this Majestic building. Not eligible for one star.
