Room rent very costly Rs.1500/- for Double bed A/C Room for 8 Hours. Towel, Soap, Shampoo, Water Bottle not provided. After requested for Aminities they provided for 1 person only. Bathroom also properly sanitized.

I had booked 6 rooms for my guests. At the time of booking, I didn't personally inspect the rooms, but the receptionist informed me that 2 of them were suite rooms. Based on that information, I didn't feel the need to double-check during a busy schedule. However, on the final day when I actually checked the rooms, I found that the so-called "suites" were not true suite rooms--they simply had a king size cot with matress and two extra matress on the floor. So, just a heads-up: please make sure to personally check or verify the room types before confirming your booking. Don't rely solely on what the staff says.

Located near JoyAlukas/SBI. Very average. AC was very good. But ac water drips in bathroom making it wet always.

Lift is not good, Break down no immediate help. Person struck in lift for 45 minutes no technician is available for open door

We booked about 10 rooms. Pros: decent size room. Cons: rooms and the toilets weren't cleaned. No towels and soap. At 4 pm, they said they said it was sent to the laundry and may not be available. A family of 4 shared 1 towel. Sheet was unclean and the used side of the bedsheets was flipped the next guest. Hallway is dirty. Staffs are not friendly. No hotel parking. No hot water or hot water availability is limited.

1)Receptionist (man) behaviour is worst. they don't know how to talk any guest and how to treat anyone. 2) No towel and soap provided. 3) toilet and bathroom both are very dirty. 4) Room full of mosquito and ant flies in night. 5) No water bottel or loose water provided. 6) Only they (Receptionist) everytime asking for advance payment. 7) No power supply backups, power supply cut frequently and I feel in room suffocating. 8)worst experience in this hotel, never visit again. 9)they accept payment in only cash.

Very clean and all time service available. Price is very good according to the quality and service. The rooms are big enough and it is located In the center on the city from which all the access to the nearby places is available. You can also get a good grooming facility as the best saloon on the city which is Essentials by Tonic Guy is available in the hotel.
