The room was neat, no complaints about it. But AC was not working. Spent 30 min in the middle of the night to change room. Turkey towel quality was poor. There was a lot of lint left on my body when I used the towel. Later the next day, when I came back to room for check out, the ac was not switching on. Initially I thought the power was gone. But when checking out of the room, after a couple of hours, I found out that they have a control near reception and they had switched off AC. They cooly said they will switch on now when I am checking out. What's the point of booking an AC room, but I have to ask them everytime to switch it on.?? I should have been informed about their crazy AC policy when I checked in. Or better they should make it automatic like the lights. The fan and lights go off when I remove the key, but for some reason they had to keep AC alone as not part of this logical setup.

Don't book your stay here. AC was switched off through main control in the front desk. Towels were full of lints. Even though, we clearly mentioned to avoid these things after reading reviews, they just did exactly that. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had booked a room for one night stay to attend a marriage near by. The receptionist is really annoying and did not allow me telling that they don't have a tie up with oyo, luckily I don't pay online and they said they can take up only walk in bookings this place is totally ridiculous and asked quite a lot of questions which was very uncomfortable. Would never suggest someone stay at this place.

Charged for a visitor(just a single person visited, and we did booking for 5 rooms... should be noted that they charged just for an hour visit in evening.. not for overnight stay) ... bad experience

The worst hotel I stayed at. Caretakers and attendants are horrible. Never gonna stay here ever again.

Worst experience we ever had, came here with family. They treat their customers horribly and the attender bad mouthed us. Don't bother staying here.

Don't pay more. Rooms are ok just good. Not proper management

Good hotel to stay in Cuddalore. Neat rooms. Good behavior from staff. Air conditioned rooms for the best price.
