Hotel Vaigai is a decent budget stay in Cuddalore, conveniently located near Tirupadiripuliyur Railway Station and Cuddalore Bus Stand, making it easily accessible for travellers. The rooms have a retro-style design, but they are neat, clean, and well-maintained. Very convenient for travellers due to its proximity to key transport hubs. Suitable for a short stay with the necessary amenities. The parking space is quite small, which might be an issue for those travelling by car. Overall, if you're looking for a simple, clean, and conveniently located stay in Cuddalore, this hotel serves the purpose well!

Rooms are handed over to guests without cleaning. Reception Manager is not kind enough dealing with customers. He is openly telling that guests may be find some other lodge.

When room was alloted cigarette stubs were strewn in bath room.. After we informed, it was cleaned.. Being in Hospitality sector, they are not very nice.. Not all of them

The hotel is located near a railway station. The main street entering the hotel is a busy street. Be careful while u drive. The entrance to the hotel is also too narrow for cars. Don't take the subway from the main road. Take left and make a turn to enter the hotel street from the main road. Around 7 cars can be parked at a time. Rooms are very clean and affordable. Looks like a completely renovated hotel. Lift facility available. Hot water and towels were provided.

It is not suitable for corporate guests. Managers don't co-operate with booking officers of companies.

Rooms are clean and good. Staffs are friendly. Parking is the only problem.

Very bad service. No decency to call up and tell if there is milk for coffee or tea which is complimentary with the stay. Called up twice and they said it was on the way, but later 2 hrs later during checkout they told there was no milk. Couldnt take 2 mins to call back and inform.
