TKN Villa Courtallam

I recently stayed at TKN Villa in Kuttralam, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa was beautifully maintained. Main falls is just half a km from our stay. The serene surroundings and proximity to the waterfalls made it an ideal getaway. The staff was courteous and ensured our stay was hassle-free. I highly recommend TKN Villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in Kuttralam.

We travelled with friends and kids and booked entire villa.. Rooms are very neat, clean and spacious.. Bathrooms also we'll maintained.. Railway station and Courtallam main falls are nearby..

TkN villa is the best villa in Kutralam. Nice and quit villa to relax and reachable distance to falls. Owner of this villa treated us well. We no need to go out in search for food or any other things. We can get home made delicious food at our door step at 1 call to the owner. We felt staying in our own house. He don't rush out during our check out. Comfort, neatness,food, calmness, reachable,budgeted,everything is excellent in this villa.

We resided in this villa for 2 days. It is a very good and safe place to stay with family. The place is well-maintained and hygienic. We were 11 members and it was a comfortable stay for all of us. The villa was located in the river bank and this scenic beauty should be greatly acclaimed. Mr.Shiva, the owner of this villa took care of all our requirements and provided good hospitality at all times. I would recommend this place to families and friends. It is worth the visit.

We stayed in this villa with my family for three days. Excellent vacation. Mr. Siva, proprietor of this place took care everything. Everything was hassle-free. He customized the whole trip. As he assured the trip gave different experience in Courtallam. So those plan for Courtallam trip don't miss this place. Definitely the trip will be memorable forever. Plan for week days combined since the crowd and traffic will be lesser. Thank you Mr. Siva, for giving this memorable trip. Definitely we will visit again.

Pros: Good and safe place to stay with family. Very clean and hygiene. We stayed 3 days and never faced any issues. Owner takes care of all our requirements. Good branded air conditioners in the room. Kitchen is available. Definitely recommend. Cons: Geysar not available in all the floors. In ground floor only one is there. Wash basin not available in any of the wash rooms. Pipe fitting could have better.

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Mr Siva made our trip more comfortable with all necessary arrangements including transport, food and snacks. Didn't worried about food, he himself arranged a tasty homemade food with very affordable price with enough quantity. Will recommend TKN villa for anyone. Sure will prefer TKN villa during next visit.

We booked the entire villa for eight people and all the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The location is quiet and peaceful and also easily accesible. Huge thanks to Mr. Siva for making sure we had a comfortable stay! I would be delighted to visit again and highly recommend the stay for both family and friend groups.
