Good location and clean rooms, beds and toilet. Room service can be better. Its a simple lodge kinda entry exit. Caretaker available at reception don't expect anything more from him. Suits are good. Kid friendly, pet allowed which is appreciated. Overall it was fun staying here.

I have spent two days in "The Pothigai Palace." We have taken the executive room. The room was spacious, comfortable, precise, and clean. They have offered us an extra bed. 24*7 water facilities; hot water was fantastic. The service was excellent. They have arranged for auto facilities to reach the railway station at an appropriate time. Considering all the benefits, I already starts recommending the services to others.

The amenities were good. Proper maintenance was given.. rooms are neat and clean and regularly maintained.

It's in the main location. But still it can be better. For the same price nearby there are many good hotels to stay. Here room was not cleaned properly, no bedsheets and towels are properly given. Little rude on acknowledging customers. Not even basic toiletries were given. For the price given for this place, I will not recommend. Monkeys were roaming near the windows anytime they can come in side..

Nice spacious room with good wifi facility, AC was in good condition and every room has an Android TV which was very useful.. Comfortable bed and also neat bathrooms

The service is good.The rooms are neat and decent.Every room is equipped with wifi facility.There is also parking available with good safety.They also have android TV and overall it was a great experience here !
