OYO 46240 Funland Holidays Resorts

Nice location to stay. Very close to old courtalam falls. Plans for amenities like swimming pool and children's park are going on. But the buildings are not finished yet. Will see glitches like switches not working, door not well aligned with latches etc. If one ignores that, definitely a worthy place to stay.

We booked Three rooms for 6 persons and we paid through OYO, while check in they refused to accept the OYO money saying it will take 1 month to credit in their account. Also blabbering we are not interested in giving rooms to OYO booking people's. We are two family's with three kids and two senior citizens made us to wait 2 hrs for room confirmation and later they have provided only two rooms four beds with AC and another four beds with non AC actually we booked suit room but In OYO dictionary suit means store room, yes the rooms are like very dirty and some construction related things all laying over there it looks absolutely as a store room unable to describe also after requesting room change they took another two hrs and showed one room that more horrible compare to the first one again requested for room change and provided with complete non AC, now again 4 th request for the room change now time is 8 PM provided with One AC working room and one non AC we adjusted and left the place very next day ASAP. The employees will behave like Gundas and no respect they will give. My hard earned money of 2400 per room went like cheated. Oyo no response throughout the argument, one point we insisted saying we will be taking this to consumer court and they started responding very very very worst service by Resort Managment and OYO.

Little bit far away from coutralam main road but a peaceful, calm place to stay. You have to have vehicle for falls accessibility and other necessity things to buy..

We booked in this hotel.But when we went there the manager said they are not having any tie up with ola(but ola hoardings are placed in the hotel) .We contacted customer care.They are simply asking sorry and asking if they can refund the amount or arrange any other rooms nearby.But no rooms were given to us due to all booked.We lost most of the time searchingnew room.Worst experience! Will never book with OYO anymore

Good place, nice view and staff need to be more professional in maintaining rooms. NO food facility. Overall good place for stay.
