Nice but price is very high. And the bedsheet was not neat. It was dirty and untidy. Didn't like the toilet since there was no hand wash liquid. Then there is no hygiene in whatever they do. The bed they served for us was not tidy. My brother slept on that bed since we were a family of eight members.

++++ reverting to owner response. Thanks for quick response. I want to highlight the mistake committed by your staff in quoting wrong rate. Also, there's a way to respond to guests. The one who was there during check-in behaved very rudely and he was the one who quoted wrong rate and that's not our fault. We checked in around 6.45am. By evening we asked for check out time and a old person was in charge and said we can take one hour grace time but the next day when the tariff issue happened, they changed that they never said one hour and started to fight and abused us. There's was another guy he was short and was wearing dhoti. He behaved like a third rate guy abusing us, that too after getting a tip of rs. 50 from me. They even asked for rs. 200 as tip. What kind of staffs you have employed??? No manners at all. It's not about money, but the respect and treatment towards your customer because of whom you're surviving. Also, I saw they had modified register where he had changed extra person from 1 to 2. I suspect your staffs are pocketing money by under showing the people stayed. Fire them and keep some respectful staffs. Then, you'll get good reviews. Thank me later. If required we can speak over phone. Had very poor experience here. 1. Prices are too high 2. Staffs are very rude and abusive. They quoted 5,800 tariff while check-in but next day while check-out they charged 6'600, when enquired they started fighting and abusive 3. Don't recommend this place. Even though you don't get any place to stay but this is available please don't opt.

***Reverting to the response, Like to highlight that your staff members should provide clears terms and bills in written format, management should look on those gaps and take necessary steps to avoid misbehaviour and fraudulent activity. Such a worst experience I ever had. Initially they told one rate and charged additionally when checkout. Not flexible with check in and check out. Rude and unprofessional behaviour from reception peoples. Strictly not Recommended at all.

I had worst experience in "Lakshmi garden" in courtrallam, we took room for 1 night stay with 6 adult, and fixed the price 5,800, but yesterday when i checkout, they changed to 6,600. When enquired they started fighting and used abusive language. Strictly NOT recommended.

I had worst experience this time. Usually book a room in Lakshmi garden whenever I plan to be in courtrallam, but yesterday i experienced a worst behaviour from Lakshmi garden front office executives. Rooms are not cleaned before check in The glass and jar are not washed properly The rest lock was loose and the door stucked ,not able to open so we try to open two times and lock was broken. The receptionist blame us for it and his reaction was very harm. He try to claim for the broken lock. Added the pic of him

Arrogant manager, initially while booking price told to us was Rs.5000/- per Room (Pax 5) But when we extended our stay next day he said charges are actually Rs.4500/- and updated in records the same but at the day of checkout he says cleaning charges we be could charges 500 per day separately which we had not agreed to pay so they started behaving rudely and the cleaner himself claims to be owner !! Not recommended !!

Very unfriendly behaviour by the management especially the manager at the reception who demands cleaning charges after checkout ! Not recommended, too high pricing, worst service and not flexible with check in and check out! Not worth even 1star rating!

beware... beware...please try near by hotel near by.... here rates are fixed every 6 hr, and they compel to vacate immediately because owners friends require room . very costly for the rooms they provide.
