Room is good, clean but the it is highly mismanaged. Host doesn't maintain basics of hospitality. Even he/she is least bothered about your food/ meal related matter. Not at all a place for travellers. Not recommend at all. Overall a hopeless place.

Stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. Resort is situated away from the city. Good views to the mountains and green farms. Room size, balcony availability is excellent. Overall would definitely visit again.

Beautiful Place To Stay .Calm, Fresh Air,Good N Neat Rooms,Children's Play Area,Architectural Lanscape,overall Nice place to stay .Good Hospitality By The Caretakers Very Humble ,Gave Good Services,Located Near by old kutralam. We get food only from outside.

Recently stayed in this resort with family. Very neat and clean. Outside atmosphere with kids play area was very nice. Customer service was too good Definitely recommend for others and we would stay again

A good family stay near old coutralam water falls. Neat and clean rooms with spacious indoor play area ideal for kids. Given 4 star just because of no access to wifi for guests. For the price they are charging for the rooms they can easily give this facility to the guests.
