The resort was really awesome and the staff is really kind and helpful. Helped a lot. But wifi is only poor, Location of the resort is accessible and near to the falls.99.9 marks out of 100 and that 0.1 is wifi connection

Worst place to stay in the entire Coutralam. They don't provide basic amenities like drinking water. Very expensive without any amenities. WiFi is very poor doesn't work. Absolutely no amenities. Plus mosquitoes. Please avoid this place to stay.

I had a terrible experience with a manager. I inquired about booking 10 rooms and was quoted a price of 2500 per room. When I asked about any offers, they told me to wait for 2 days while they discussed with the owner. After two days passed, they informed me of an increased price. When I decided to ignore this hotel, the manager tried to promote another hotel. I've inquired at more than 5 hotels, and none of them behaved like this. My question is: Was the manager marketing for your hotel or another hotel?

Breeze resorts gave us a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the beautiful mountain view point here. The rooms were maintained hygienic and luxurious with reasonable pricing. They have enough space for parking. All the waterfalls were near to this resort. So it could easily accessible by the visitors.

Everything is ok but customer handling is totally not good the worst experience I never seen like this so I rate minus 50 stars for this hotel staffs

The rooms are big, clean and very much comfortable. The stay is close to 3 falls which is walkable. The resort manager and helpers are more helpfull. Though there are many stray monkeys around, the helpers are prompt in getting rid of them. Few rooms don't have water geysers however the helpers provide hot water for bathing door to door. I recommend this resort for both families and bachelors.

It's an exquisite experience which we had in this resort. Hospitality is out standing. In addendum, all the falls are in vicinity. Had a great and wonderful trip with my family. I would recommend enjoying your vacation here.

Worst experience. Nothing good with this resorts except it's location. The rooms are not cleaned and filled with bugs. Mattress is as hard as Teak wood, Pillow is not good. You can't get a good sleep if you choose this hotel. They charged a very high price for such unmaintained accommodation. They don't provide any Towels nor any toiletries in the bathrooms. No geyser for hot water. Bathroom not clean at all and filled with small bugs and mosquitoes. Bed sheets which are dirty yellowish stained are provided to cover instead of quilt. And check out was worst... No gpay no card machine only cash and you won't get any receipt or bill. So indirectly they are taking payment illegally and not paying tax and not filling IT as per Government rules. ATM is not nearby and you have to drive many kilometers to withdraw money. Their service is very poor and impolite people working in this resorts. No breakfast no food is available. It's such an underrated lodge instead of resorts. Not at all recommended to stay there.
