Ammas Residency

The rooms are normal, standard ones. The staff members are warm and helpful. V good location in terms of proximity to the bus stand and the temple. There is no restaurant in the hotel - you can pop into the neighbouring ones in the vicinity.

Very worst service. No one for room service the old guy always smoked speaking nonsense and will not attend your room needs. Triangle shaped small rooms. Ac room booked but no power to AC, TV. Bathroom not cleaned after checkout of previous person. No water provided. Tata play subscription not done. So no TV, AC, water, bad service.

Located right on the road and very near to Courtallam bus stand, this hotel was really okayish for a 1 night and 2 days stay. The room was pretty small which is totally enough for 2 people. The bathroom was not actually bad and there were lizards running around which was a turn-off. The service was too bad. There was no proper reception for our issues which made it even more difficult. Altogether, would recommend this for a day's stay and definitely not more than that.

Neat and clean rooms. Reasonable prices. Near bus stand and falls. Best room services and friendly staffs moving. Good experiences. I whole heartedly recommend.

Based on past reviews preferred to stay there..our 5 days from arrival to departure was excellent in terms of room ambience surroundings and the cordial ever willing obliging smiling staff the manager the watchman and even the owner who paid a courtesy call on arrival and departure...too good. We were caught there on election day and near by eateries were shut and the manager got us our breakfast...real service with a smile...wish their own hotel ammas restaurant starts functioning soon...keep the good show on.

Plus of this hotel is, it is near to bus stand and walkable distance to main falls. Hotel is new and room is clean. Negative about this hotel is, service is not good. There is only one person taking care of everything from front desk to security. Don't expect much room service. TV is not working for me, I've complained them but didn't fix till i check-out. Very poor room service.

Centrally located. Reasonable room tariff. Very well maintained rooms. Rooms are spacious and have good mountain view. Personalized service. Nice and safe place to stay with your family. They have a restaurant attached to this lodge. Hence you get homely veg & non-veg food at an affordable price. Stay and enjoy your vacation.

Ammas residency centrally located in Courtallam. Very near to bus stand, main falls and five falls. Room neat and clean. AC and TV well functioning. Bathroom Very clean and spacious, water heater also available. Staffs are carring and friendly moving. Tarriff reasonable. Totally excellent. Keep it up. All the best.
