The room is spacious and neat with Lift facility. Cons Serial parking. If you parked at the front you will be woken by them to take your vehicle. Had my baby shower event in the party hall. It was well-managed and the helpers out there are the best people i would say. They were really organized and patient in doing all the arrangements. Even when there was last minute changes in the plan they did it without any hesitation and made us comfortable throughout the day. The party hall and also the rooms are neat, compact and clean. Overall, i had a pleasant experience and worth every penny I spent

Do not judge by seeing the outer pictures and lightings. Worst in cleanliness and worst hospitality. The bed and room was literally awkward. Rooms fully spilled in the walls and doors. Bathroom was not clean. Cupboard was broken. When we asked the bedsheet the attender said they cannot provide bedsheet to every guest and we need to bring from our hometown and was very rude. When we called him for a booking, he said that room will be too good and clean. But when we went there it was in worst and unhygienic condition. Spilled in the bedsheet and it was not washed properly. When we questioned the attender about the cleanliness he literally said that if he is telling these issues priorly then we won't book the room and thats why he hidden these issues and he refused to return the advance also if we cancelling the booking. And then he asked to vacate the room at untime if we dnt like it knowing that we dnt have any other option at that time. There was no drinking water facility. We have to buy the water bottles from them. It was really a fraudulent behaviour. I uploaded the photos of the rooms ultimate pathetic cleanliness which they maintained.

No hot water, frog and bed. I have reduced 3 stars for this reason. Owner told he will rectify soon. I saw a small frog in restroom ( The same in other room.as well) and Owner told It.is common in Cutralam. I was really surprised. Due to solar issue, no hot water. I was not.had shower . Due to weather, the regular water was cold. The extra bed was not good and I was not able.to.sleep. somehow I was lost my vacation moods. Last but not least. The toilet closet was not clean. But the old person (security) was cleaned after I requested. We were not felt comfortable, the old.person has clean our toilet in front of us. Finally, Not worth for 1400 per night. If owner would fixed above issues, it will be the best stay. Please make ensure and book room for happy stay.

The lodge was quite good and we had a pretty good stay. The place behind the lodge has a good scenary view. But it has some flaws. We took a 5 bed room and a two bed room in the lodge. They had a party hall too which is good. Some basic necessities below given are missing. 1. Geyser or water heater is not available. 2. Dustbins are not available. 3. They don't have hangers inside the bathroom. 4. They don't provide any bedsheets even in cold seasons. 5. They didn't provide wifi as they told that the telephone wire was cut down by monkeys. 6. Rooms should be cleaned properly before checkin of any customers.

Please don't stay in this lodge. Not even a hand shower is there in the toilet. Very high rate which is not at all worth. I asked the owner why don't you have a hand shower in the bathroom. He replied me its for hygiene purpose. Still I don't understand the answer. You don't even water bottle in the property. You should walk at least 750 mtrs for it. A old person is there as the staff. I asked hot water available? He replied me go to the nearest junction for Auto. I asked the owner why don't you appoint a able staff or atleast you can be here. He told me very coolely sir I have many other business also. Any way I understood very well that as many other reviews note that owner is rude is not right. He is a immatured boy who is not at all fit for hospitality business. Rooms were stinging and filthy. Bathrooms are not cleaned because there is no cleaning agents available inside the property. So please carry cleaning agents with you if you want to stay there. Very good property is decaying day by day due to very poor maintenance because the owner is "VERYBUSY "

Owner Sathya was very considerate. Earlier in Jan, we had booked three suit rooms, which we had to cancel due to corona omicron. He returned the full advance with little follow up. Rooms are good. Just opposite Parasakthi college, Courtallam. Tamilnadu Hotels and their restaurant is just a 100 meters away. Had breakfast and lunch there. Very good service.
