Five Falls Resort Courtallam

Pros: 1. The food was good. 2. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. 3. Convenient parking facilities were available. Cons: 1. Poor network connectivity; relying on the hotel's WiFi was necessary. 2. Mosquito problems persisted during the stay. 3. TV connection was not provided during my visit.

Rooms are good but with poor / bad maintenance. Restaurant service is commendable

Good from April to September month, near 5falls are present, neat and well maintained, food quality is good but, tea cups are not clean and old ones, overall one can enjoy for 1_2 days saty

We booked two rooms for one night stay in 25th June 2024. Check in was quick and we were given two rooms in 3rd floor, adjacent to each other. I won't call it as resort and more of a hotel setup.|Positive points: Property is in right and nice location and they made considerable effort to meet the guest expectations starting from lanes, parking, reception lobby and room facilities etc.||Area of Improvement: A lot needs to be done to gain the confidence of guest to visit again.|1. Lack of Professional maintenance: Everywhere things are kept in Haphazard manner. Water leaks, dirty floors, Unreliable lift operations, frequent power outages. ( One of our room electricity gone at midnight and our repeated calls not responded properly and we were without power for more than Half an Hour)||2. Poor and unhygienic kitchen set up: There is no proper kitchen exist to serve the guests. They are preparing in a makeshift arrangements and it is evident of their poor hygienic. Morning breakfast has just two main items and again, lack of verities and taste. Poor serving by keeping the lids of utensils in the floor, dirty table cloths, absence of tissue paper on the tables, lack of clean and decent drinking water and poor and unhygienic attire of service boys.||Overall this property doesn't suitable for stay as of now.|Needs a lot of make over with professional resources to manage the property and regain the confidence of guests.

Good location. Poor service. Poor WiFi. Has TV with no TV connection. Worst breakfast service. There is no dinner and no lunch at hotel. So obviously no room service as well. Will not recommend spending your hard earned money to this dump place. Only good thing is the location and if you want to enjoy the falls with your family starving for food - choose this place called as resort.

Excellent place to stay. Staffs were very friendly and service was too good. Food was average. Easy accessible to 5 falls. Only disadvantage was , there was no signal at all for mobile and tv . Even wifi was also doesnt have proper signal.

Five Falls Resort is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Courtallam Falls! The resort is located within walking distance of the falls, making it easy to enjoy the cool water and scenic views. This resort has spacious rooms and helpful staff. They also offer a delicious breakfast to start your day of exploring.

No much amenities in the room. They dont even give basic toiletries and towel. Price high for value. Sink outside the bathroom was leaking. the extra bed. is just a mattress which we need to sleep on the floor. Not worth the price being charged. But view from patio of the hills is awesome
