GREAT WINDOWS RESORTS | Best resort in Coonoor

The worst resort.. Pls don't book this hotel.. Actually this is not a resort.. Rooms are very worst and have bed bug's.. My daughter got rashes in body in a night sleep... Owner (Jamila Mohamed) is a big lier.. He is not all genuine. He take booking for suit rooms and allot for small room with higher cost. Please don't go this hotel.. It's very dirty.. Sticky bed sheets and very old rooms.. Surely u people regret after going here.. The location is also worst.. Very conjusted roads.. With no parkings. This hotel is not fit for even single star.. Care taker is not good and it is not safe.. Please think before book this hotel.. I have done a big mistake of going this hotel and spoiled the entire day..

16th - 17th August 2024 No Parking for Car & Bike...local people will create problems for parking...no proper water for drinking. It is just a normal house converted to hotel. Food you will get from outside on order from Hyderabad Biryani House. Breakfast also you will get from outside and you have to order it from night. If your car is like alto or Tiago it's fine at least you can park road side. If it's xuv don't dare to take inside..you will start crying for parking. Blankets and bed are not clean properly also rooms are having very dim light. You won't enjoy. Only good thing is a tea garden view from room and a care taker Mr Niranjan. Else everything is waste, avoid booking this.

It was a last minute booking. The stay was pleasant. The rooms were very spacious with dining room. It was worth compared to other stays for this budget. The rooms had big wide windows. The view from the windows is awesome where you get view the beautiful tea plantations in the slope with lots birds chirping . Manager Mr. Antony was always very cheerful and helpful to make our stay pleasant. The disadvantage is that hotel is quite far away from main road. It is difficult to drive down through a narrow way to reach the hotel room and moreover parking is a problem sometimes. This is just like a home stay but not a resort as the name says.

The only good thing was the View from the window and the boy there was helpful!! Finding it was a task! Untidy! Smelly! Overall pathetic!!

Yes. The hotel(ofcourse not a resort) has nice window view. That's it. Everything is messy. Spider and other insects are in room. Mattresses are dirty. Bathroom door is broken. Most of the room tiles are broken. Bathroom smell all over the room. Roads are HORRIBLE to reach. If you are not experience driver, you will face too much difficulty. Parking is awful. No restaurants. I am supposed to give 1/2 for my horrible experience. But the stuff are well behaved and helpful. As you literally can't go out for dinner, they bring it for you from nearby restaurant. The owner should think twice before taking 4500 per night for such poor conditioned property

Neat and clean ambience, lovely site of tea estate. Good care taker :)

Good Location. Average price.(Offline) Car parking available. We got a 3 bedroom suite without a kitchen for one night. The view from the room and dining space was breathtaking. The property was not maintained properly, there were various damp spots in the room.
