Zip by Spree Hotels Mangala International

Hi , we ( me and my husband ) stayed at the coimbatore hotel from 20th to 21st April,2025. I had prior booking and made full payment.Though had to extend my stay and paid as per hotel policy . Hotel is very near and well located to bus stand and shops , restaurants are nearby .. only thing I liked.As soon as we checked in , the staff specially a lady took certain time to even understand I had a booking . Room was okayish.. ac was not working properly.. telephone audibility low, restaurant line was not connected.. had to ask reception to get me through. Room had a pungent smell,there was a balcony which was locked. In house restaurant served complimentary breakfast which was not great ,okayish .. very limited options though they had many options listed in their menu card. The reception lady created a mess.. I ordered lunch from the restaurant ..and further called the reception (as I couldn't get through restaurant) for some modifications,she said restaurant is under renovation and we can order through zomato/Swiggy ..which I did and later the restaurant too delivered my order. I ended paying double.When I told this to other staff ,they were non chalant. This kind of kack leisure behaviour is not expected from such a hotel of reputed.Moreover given the prices charged -3360/night amenities services should have been better. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at least the coimbatore property.

It was a nice stay. Morning buffet break fast was delicious. As always the standard of service is really good. Very pleasant and helpful staffs. Rooms are neat and cleaned. Hotel is nearby access to shopping areas. Memorable experience & we have enjoyed.

Hospitality it's best. Really enjoyed our for 2 days. Cleaned rooms & well maintained. Restaurant that serves the buffet breakfast quality of food was delicious. Highly polite staff and they providing excellent service & satisfaction. Definitely recommended to all the families.

On arrival at the hotel. Warm welcome was given and were offered the welcome drinks. Front desk staff was very respective and gave us a spacious room. It's visually clean and fresh room. Well maintained with all the amenities provided. Thank you team

Superb dinner had at Treat Restaurant. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel is in a strategic spot, convenient for shopping. The breakfast spread is always amazing and I just love the coffee. It's 24 hours check in is so convenient as most of the time we arrive late night. This is the best hotel.

Our stay at Zip by spree hotel mangala was truly exceptional. It's located at main area near Gandhipuram. The hotel is impressive with spacious rooms. Restaurant food was delicious. Front office staffs are very courteous. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Staffs were very polite and supportive. All are served with smiling face. Provided spacious room with all needed amenities. Would come back to this hotel again for our next visit. Overall good and great experience.

The right place to relax and enjoy a peaceful time with families. Clean rooms, great ambience & delicious food. We had a wonderful stay at Zip by Spree Hotel Mangala International coimbatore. Well done i am happy with your services. Keep it up.
