Treebo Ess Grande Coimbatore

I stayed at this hotel in 2018. Since then the standards have not only be maintained they have even improved. The premises, still look new, though no renovation has been done. Cleanliness & maintenance is even better than some of the four star hotels. Complimentary kits, breakfast all are great at this price point. Location is prime and staff os polite and helpful. Overall if you are not looking at great luxury (gym and swimming pool), this hotel us absolutely where you need to stay at Coimbatore.

We stayed at this hotel for over four days, initially in a suite and subsequently in standard rooms. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The staff were courteous throughout, and the overall ambience was so impressive that we were seriously considering booking multiple rooms for an upcoming wedding event. However, on the final morning of our stay, an unfortunate incident occurred during breakfast. As I was about to help myself to a second serving from the buffet, a staff member approached and brusquely asked if I had finished my meal. While it was nearly 10 o'clock and close to the end of breakfast service, the manner in which this was done struck me as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I chose not to respond in kind, simply leaving the plate untouched and proceeding to check out immediately thereafter. Another member of staff present attempted to calm the situation, but there was no apology offered by the individual involved, nor was there any formal acknowledgment or apology from management. It was disheartening that such a pleasant stay was overshadowed by a lapse in basic courtesy. In Tamil culture, the concept of "Virunthombal" -- treating guests with the utmost respect and reverence -- is sacrosanct. Sadly, this spirit of hospitality seemed to be absent in this instance.

Rooms are small for the cost they are charging... Service was good.. but the person who serviced us was drunken ... He spoked in a drunken voice and we can smell him while checking in.. don't do the service like this.. the expectations about the hotel is down by him . Not worth for money .. hot water supply was not good in early morning itself .The food was good.Overall disappointed by service man and facilities.Moreover the place where this hotel is located is full of liquor shops.So I don't recommend this hotel for family...

My stay at Ess Grand was a disappointing experience. The room was below average, with several amenities not functioning properly. The shower and jet spray were not working as expected, which was a major letdown. The breakfast spread was good, but unfortunately, the overall restaurant service was not up to the mark. The restaurant itself seemed to be non-functional, which was a surprise. To make matters worse, the WiFi was not working during my stay, which was a major inconvenience. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and the service was slow. Overall, my experience at Ess Grand was subpar, and I would not recommend it to others. With some improvement in amenities, service, and staff attitude, this hotel could potentially live up to its promise. Until then, it's a disappointment."

Fantastic stay in coimbatore. Very very clean rooms and polite staff. Location of the property is too good as well with parking space in the basement. Added bonus was scrumptious breakfast which was excellent . Definitely worth repeated visits when in coimbatore

Excellent room with all amenities and great staff support. Enjoyed my stay at Chennai. Clean rooms, great food and overall pleasant environment even though the ongoing infrastructure works for metro was disturbing.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a corporate trip and was absolutely disappointed with my experience. For starters, there was no hot water available for a proper bath. After a long day of work, not having access to basic amenities like a hot shower is completely unacceptable. It feels like this hotel doesn't prioritize the comfort of its guests, especially those here for business purposes.||||To make matters worse, the internet connection was abysmal. As someone who relies on fast and reliable internet for work, I found it impossible to get any work done. Multiple attempts to get the issue resolved were met with no real solutions, which just added to the frustration.||||If you're a corporate traveler or office employee, do NOT book this hotel. Poor amenities, terrible internet, and an overall lack of consideration for business guests make this place completely unsuitable. Look elsewhere, you'll be much better off.
