The reception guy tried to open our door without knocking . Rooms are not clean. No Bathroom lock. Very poor service. Had to pay extra then the amount in booking.com No location awareness. No signs of this hotel. There gpay is not working.

Very very worst place i have ever stayed . I had booked room for first two days . Where the situation got in trouble so i asked them to extend my stay . They told us to pay offline because if we book the stay in any of their partner platform they need to pay for the platform . I also agreed to pay offline . Afyer some time they asked us to pay 2x money that was showed on online . So we asked them about the price details . The guy in reception tell us that they won't extend our stay without extra money . So I decided to book another room for other day . At this time we pay online with an offer in booking.com website and got confirmation mail and ID . They asked us to check-out . They we make check-out and asked them for check-in for second booking . At this time the staff got angry and was so rude that he tell us that they won't provide rooms after our confirmation was done via booking.com . And he told me that he will not provide any room for the price with that amount . Tell me to cancel . And the important thing that i noted from staying there is the rooms are not clean and the AC is not working properly, the utilities in bathroom is in damaged condition. And there is no doorlock in bathroom of room number 202 . This place is recommend for family stay or with kids . Because of some of the north peoples are drinking in the corridors and they are not even cleaning the bottles after that.

None
