The Castello Residency Coimbatore

In my overall travel experience and being in many hotel guest room, Castello will stay on top of the list as my favourite. The reason is simple as all the front desk executives & room service has been on their toe when I seek their service. Today was so impressive when I said I wanna pedestal sweep fan instead of the chilling Aircon they brought it in less than 5mins. The room is so spacious and tidy with wide window which I keep open through the night as this may not be possible in most of my other accommodations

We had a pleasant overnight stay at your property. It was amazing and silent, even though location is on a busy road. Loved the stay. God bless

Worst experience ever had , rude customer service. After knowing that we are malayalees, and out of town , they started scaming us. They didn't acknowledge our online reservation through priceline instead we had to book another reservation which 600 rs more than online price. Also they asked 1500 rs extra for 2 hours late check out

Rooms are neat and clean, service is decent and friendly. Food comes from a restaurant which is right next to this hotel and is of a good quality. Very well maintained and a nice ambience. Worth the price. The only issue i faced was with the central air conditioner which was making a rattling noise all the time.

This room doesn't justify the price tag of 3.5k. There is literally no reception inside the rooms, and wifi was pathetic. TV doesn't work. There was no phone kept in the room to call the reception. Everytime had to go down to ask for anything else. I guess they have restaurant support from nearby hotel, bt no menu was kept, hence we never bothered to order from them. And lastly, the bath towels dirty, the white towel has turned yellow. Hence this is an overpriced overrated hotel. Only good thing is the location. Within walkable distance have enough restaurant options.

Horrible experience this time at Castello right from the check in to check out. No information on where to park the vehicle due to digging on the main road, lack of walkable path from the parking area at back to the entrance, dirty brown water seen in the bathrooms. Poor experience overall. I will not go there again with my family.

Hotel rooms are good . I happened to stay with my close friends with extra bed double occupancy. Paid 3900 including taxes us promised. For 3 person only one water bottle was provided. When I asked for 1 or 2 additional water bottle bout this to Mr.Umapathy front office manager. He replied rudely and impolite. He also argued that 5 star hotels also provide same kind of service. He would have replied in much polite way. Totally lacking interpersonal skill to be a manager in a 2 star hotel. Kindly ask him to behave with dignity to customers.

My wife and her family had the privilege of staying here for a night before going to ooty. I feel obliged to mention that it is one of the best hotels near the airport. The appearance and ambience was pretty porsche. The rooms were absolutely spacious and the washrooms were very clean. The staff were really polite. The food was delicious and one star above the rest. Anyone stopping at coimbatore can blindly book this one.
