The hotel is very close to the Airport, and pretty cozy. staff is really good, rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Proper table chair arrangement is there for attending online meetings if needed. The restaurant by the hotel is just too good. Reasonable prices for rooms. Fully recommended.

No fan. Rooms are old and not maintained properly. Not worth 3star property. Stinky rooms. Chairs are lousy as like in lodges. Rooms are spacious, work table and chair separate light. AC is good and the location is good. Management should consider painting and maintaining the rooms instead of colouring outside

I recently stayed at this hotel on the 21st Dec24, with my kids and elderly parents after a grueling 10-hour drive. We arrived around 11 PM, exhausted and hoping for a restful night. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit with a strong cigarette odor that permeated the entire space, including the bathroom. It was uncomfortable and made settling in difficult, especially with toddlers and older family members. To make matters worse, since it was a saturday night, there was a loud party happening in the hotel's club. When we approached the reception to express our concerns, they simply informed us that saturday nights are reserved for parties and assured us it would stop "in sometime." This lack of consideration for guests seeking a peaceful stay was very disappointing. The music was so loud that we couldn't sleep until around 12:30 AM when it finally quieted down. Overall, our experience at this hotel was unpleasant. The combination of a smelly room and disruptive noise made our short stay uncomfortable. We cannot recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a quiet and clean place to stay.

Very courteous staff. Wonderful architecture, ambiance and lighting. It's very close to airport. You can order food if you don't like their menu. Their restobar is British pub themed and it's good.

Over all the hotel was unclean and not kept well. White towels were brown in colour. There was dust everywhere. Strong smell of dust and smoke was lingering in the air, even in the bedroom. After spending a night I checked-out and moved to the Le Meridian. Would not recommend this hotel, not worth the money.

Everything good except that AC taking too long and fans were not there. The morning breakfast is ok ok with limited options.

Well maintained rooms with fast & professional service.. and small issues were done immediately then and there

Best place for stay and resto bar (black box) their suit rooms are too good.
