THE ACACIA PARK

Absolutely loved my stay at acacia park hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.the room was spacious, spotless,and had all the amenities for a perfect stay. the location was ideal,making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning...

This hotel is not meant for families. The bar and pub attached to the hotel is such a nuisance. People from the bar regularly visit this place and hence the rooms are smoke filled and sometimes smells horrible inspite of the rooms being cleaned. The sizes of the rooms and price we pay for it is definitely unjustifiable. The pictures we see in the website of the hotel and the reality is completely different. Definitely not meant for families and women.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was superb and comfy, the location was near to many good spots and the breakfast had variety of dishes and it was delicious . I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I stayed here two weeks ago when I was on a business trip and I was forced to have sleepless nights as music from the bar hit my ears relentlessly. My repeated complaints ( I got down from my room 5 times in the night to go to the reception and called them 8 times on the intercom!) fell on deaf ears with the receptionist repeatedly lying that it would 'get over in 10 minutes '. Though my stay was booked for 4 nights, I had to checkout after 3 nights because of this nuisance. With the number of rooms being very less, it is very clear that these people thrive mainly on the revenue from the bar. This being the case, why have rooms at all and why have guests at all? If you want a decent stay and a peaceful night, don't even think of staying in this place where alcohol flows like a river.

For a quick solo stay, it's somewhat acceptable but I'd recommend families to stay away. The attached pub and bar pretty much explains how it can be, and to add to your woes, no lift. And in some cases, it even seemed a bit shady.

I will list the Pros and Cons. But Cons is more... Pros ==== The staff in the restaurant were courteous. Afternoon (Lunch) was good. WIFI service was good. Cons ==== a)First shocker - There is no lift. If you are going with elders please beware. b)There is a bar in the downstairs, loud music gets played till 10:30. c)Rooms are not designed well. In the room, I was given, 1.washbasin was too low below a window. Mirror for it was on the side. 2. Toilet - Spray was in front and that too on the left hand side. 3. Rooms the tiles was uneven. 4. Toilet was slippery as they used both room & bathroom same glossy tiles. 5.The hallway was smelly (Liquor) 6. The complimentary breakfast buffet - spread was decent but they dont heat the food. They were very cold. 7.Clearly over priced for the facilities they provide.

Hi Amit here im posting this reivew based on my experience in Acacia park hotel I stayed on 22/03/2025 with my wife and son.The given room was good and spacious for us wife was good and the staffs were friendly service was good. I had a wonderful stay

Below points are my experience 1. Don't go with family because bar and pub in this hotel. Too noisy at the weekend, I got music sound till 11.30. 2. Rooms not up to the mark, too pricey for that room, patch work needs to be done. 3. Food is average. 4. Receptionist doesn't have knowledge, how credit card works, I used american express card and I got bill from swipe machine, since delay in bank, to amount credit to the hotel account, they want me to pay again, later they send that amount to my gpay. 5. No lift service.
