The Acacia Hotel

Special mention about service, one of my kids had lost their anklet in the reception. While we were checking out. We had already travelled about 100-200 km when we got a call from them . Since we had already travelled so much , we asked if we could collect the next time we travelled. We travelled after 2 months and the anklet was there as they had got. Maybe it's common in hotels , but this was the first time for us and we were very impressed.

WORST!! WORST!! WORST!!! One of the worst service. The staffs and the hotel take extra money from us. These people are cheaters. Don't event trust them and go for a stay. These guys are extremely toxic in taking extra day tariff from you of one day. Such a worst experience. Worst worst worst

I usually don't write negative reviews, but my experience at Hotel Acacia was so bad that I feel I need to warn others. We booked this hotel based on the Google reviews, which showed a 4-star rating, but our experience was far below expectations. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is near the highway. Everything else was terrible, especially for a family with young children. When we entered Room 103, there was a strange smell, like the room had been closed for too long or there was a leak. The smell faded after a while, but it was still concerning. We also found fungus on the curtains, which was disturbing, especially since we were traveling with a 14-month-old child. To make things worse, we had to deal with cockroaches in the room. We killed about eight small ones, which is unacceptable. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The worst part of our stay, however, happened in the hotel's restaurant on the 3rd floor. A staff member, who seemed friendly at first, started making unwanted attempts to interact with my child. He kept trying to shake her hand, and when she ignored him, he picked her up and started walking her toward his coworkers without our permission. I was very upset and told him to put her down. He did, and apologized, but I was still shaken by the whole situation. We're paying for a service, not for staff to cross personal boundaries. I didn't bring this up with the receptionist or management because I didn't want to create a scene, and we just decided to leave as quickly as possible. However, if management wants to review the staff's behavior, they can check the footage from the restaurant on the 3rd floor between 7:50 and 8:10 PM on December 21, 2024. We were the only family in the restaurant during that time, and the entire incident is likely on CCTV. When I mentioned the cockroaches to the receptionist, she just said "aiyo" (which means "oh no") and then charged us for the food without offering any help or apology. When I showed the person helping us with our luggage the cockroaches, he just said "okay" and seemed like he didn't care. It felt like they already knew about these problems but weren't doing anything to fix them. The next morning, we noticed that our child had developed boils all over her body. Given the conditions in the room, we believe it was caused by the sheets, which seemed old and dirty. We ended up leaving the hotel around 9 PM and driving four hours home because we couldn't stay in those conditions. I would not recommend Hotel Acacia to anyone, especially families. The hotel is far below what I expected based on the reviews, and I don't think it's a safe or comfortable place for families with children.

1. First of all this is not for family, at least I would not bring my family unless it is for a bulk booking of 6+ rooms 2. Avoid opting for breakfast, it is very bad and the dining hall is completely unhygienic 3. Despite paying for 300 for Breakfast, for omelette we need to pay 4. Car parking is open and a overnight parking will definitely make you visit the car washing store 5. Rooms are cramped just like in the photo This place is okish for a bachelor's who wants only a place to stay for a night or two. For anything more this place is not suggested for the price they rent for.

These people charge un reasonable amounts. The room size is too small and they didn't even provide proper water and when I wanted to buy a water bottle they charged me 50% more than the mrp. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The response of the hotel employee was rude until I start recording. My review was deleted and I am posting it again.

Vanakam from mysore. My honest Review for my stay in Acacia hotel. Rooms & Restaurant very clean and hygienic Service also good front office staff was too good and give best service to Guest. Always smile in the Face specially check is Procedure is very good & Fast. Room boy also too good persons and smiling Face. That complementary breakfast was very good & tasty. Specially bar was very very good and complementary Sacks top nach. I will make sure I will visit hotel again.

The stay was very lovely...And the place was Very clean and very close to the airport...The staffs are very helpful and kind staffs..Good service and clean accomodation.Highly recommendable Hotel....we really enjoyed our stay.....

Bed spring not effect. It's gets compressed more and not effective. Service and location is good.
