Super Townhouse 1307 Coastal Grand Hotels and Resorts

Do Not, I repeat DO NOT go to the Hotel, unless you like picking fights or sleeping with rats running on you. The room was rat infested and when confronted, Mr.Chiranjeevi the receptionist rather than being apologetic or trying to give me a new room asked me to have the lights on while asleep. When OYO called him he denied seeing a rat at all and was very rude and confrontational with me too. Only go to this "HOTEL" , if you like picking fights or staying with rats. I have attached a video of him fixing the hole he saw the rat go into.

Could have a small mirror in toilet. Huge but stained. Small cockroaches found in both rooms. Not recommended at all. Only location is prime. No hot water at 6am and when enquired was told Solar heater didn't have heat due to rain. Seriously?. Next day was fixed by turning on additional heater. Remotes weren't fully functional for TV and a/c.

I had a very disappointing experience at Super Townhouse. The place was not clean at all, with many small cockroaches in the rooms, even crawling on the beds. They demanded a 3-day stay payment upfront upon arrival, which seemed odd but we complied. However, the hygiene issues were unbearable, so we decided to check out on the second day. Despite this, they refused to refund us for the third day that we didn't stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The cleanliness and service were far below acceptable standards. Avoid if you can!

Had very bitter experience. I & husband aged 55 plus. 1st time to coimbatore. Daughter pre-booked room & received confirmation email . On 7th November 2024 morning 6.30 ( instructions given in our booking that we will arrive after train arrival to coimbatore). But when we approached the hotel , they out rightly rejected saying that there is no vacant rooms & that we were late. Despite our instructions while booking but they throwd us away without courtesy. Very unfair attitude of those people. Being new to coimbatore, we suffered becoz of their bad behavior. Our advance amount was also not refunded. Financial loss .The lady GM & the guy behaved very badly. In my life time never will I recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family, relatives. Prema, Bangalore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Townhouse 1307 (Room 303) and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was an absolute spacious, and most importantly clean! The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met.

I stayed in room no 105. It was very pleasant to stay and very much comfort room. And the working staffs very much polite and kindful to us. Especially in mid night also the services was very good.. I'm very happy and dam sure whenever I come to coimbatore I won't search for any other rooms.. I simply come and stay here... Thank u...

Very dirty rooms with insects and cockroaches. Health warning: Do not stay and waste your money

Location is convenient as it is in R S Puram. However, rooms are poorly maintained. Many fixtures in bathroom were broken. The broken switch was downright dangerous. Altogether, an avoidable hotel.
