Had the worst experience here! - Firstly difference in the name of the place. That was the first red flag. We had booked this place, Super hotel O but had no idea it's a flagship hotel which had a whole different name tenninglo. - Google images and other images on agoda were deceiving. Absolutely fake and hoax. The actual place was totally different. Please don't fall for these images please. - Rooms were in very bad condition. Restrooms were pathetic with jet sprays and pots broken. Walls with seepages. There were some random underwear's hanging on the window sills. When asked the person responded asking to adjust. The whole place looked off and very unsafe for a family stay. - We reached and felt unsafe hence decided not to go ahead staying there. Rather booked another hotel at a near vicinity. - This booking was done through Agoda. On calling and complaint about the bad experience that we had, the team had a very vague response. And has been citing that the owner of the hotel is rude and arrogant and not willing to refund. - Until now we haven't received a refund despite escalating the issue multiple times. Never never recommend this place!!! It's horrible. The vibe and the place reminded of some dark place. Horrifying!

Red flag.! Fake! Horribly kept rooms and washroom didn't have proper plumbing and we were asked to adjust with someone's UNDERWEAR hanging on the window. Families and women cannot stay and it's not safe at all. Room was listed under fake name and the images on Google and agoda were deceiving. Only the front of the building looks like the image. Rest, not at all what they show in their images. No help from @agoda customer care even after multiple complaints and finally told us that the owner is arrogant and they can't do anything about it. Really suspicious about other good reviews here. We wish we clicked some images of the room but weird atmosphere made us come out immediately. Simply Stay away, Coimbatore has 1000s of better hotels even for lesser price honestly.

Worst hotel experience with an extremely rude manager. I had booked this property for my relatives--six rooms in total. At the time of booking, I specifically asked about the availability of extra beds. The manager said there were 10 rooms in the hotel and only 3 extra beds, and that he would provide one if available during check-in. On the day of check-in, I requested just one extra bed. He rudely said none were available. When I reminded him of our earlier conversation, he claimed they never had any extra beds. After some argument, he went to his room and brought one. I then asked for a bedsheet, blanket, and pillow for it. He snapped back saying he could only give either a bedsheet or a blanket--not both. Seriously? I was furious. Only after I raised my voice did he reluctantly provide both and reduced 300 from the final bill (which I never asked for). I had brought 12 relatives to stay there, and in front of all of them, he behaved rudely and disrespectfully. When we asked for water bottles, he pointed to a water can kept in the verandah and told us to use that at night. How can he expect elderly people and kids to step outside just for water? I ended up buying bottles from outside for everyone. To top it all off, the water heater didn't work in two rooms, even though he had assured me that everything was functional. Even after knowing the building owner personally, this was the treatment I got. The manager is rude, money-minded, and lacks basic decency. He shouldn't be managing this property at all.

First it's name is different. Neat and clean room. 4 star because they don't allow to park our car inside, even though they have plenty of space, we have to keep the car on the road.

We had stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to visit Isha Centre. As we decided our visit at the last moment, we had not many options for stay at coimbatore so we chose this hotel from OYO. Checking at this hotel was smooth as the receptionist guy "Prabhu" did not take much time for formalities. They do not have a restaurant within the hotel but they can get you food from nearby local restaurants. You can also order from Swiggy and Zomato. You can also go to Annapurna hotel for a better dine in option. Food which they will get tastes somewhat okay and eatable. In terms of stay, don't expect much from them. Of course the amount they are charging is a value stay. This is good only for a normal stay, basically sleeping at night on a bed having basic facilities such as fan, TV, AC, Mirror, and Geyser. Room was clean with neat bedsheets, pillows and towels. They also have parking space but they would give you a early morning call so that others can take out their car if parked behind other cars. There are areas where they need to improve and they may decide to charge little more providing this basic necessities: 1. No complimentary mineral water bottle provided, neither they have facilities for any paid mineral water bottles: Mineral water bottle is a basic requirement in a hotel. A guest might need drinking water at night and not necessarily guests will always have a stock of it every day. 2. No hanger in bathroom: A basic requirement for every hotel 3. Should have enough food plates and spoons as they do not have restaurant attached. Food plates restricted to only 2 plates and spoons. They should provide plates and spoons for outside food 4. A better receptionist with good communication skills: Receptionist will show you resistance for each and everything. As he is having a language issue, he would try to run away from you in case if you don't know the local language. 5. Light for the mirror not working: When asked about the same with the receptionist guy, he showed some arrogance with some bullshit reasons

Fraudulent. The hotel and the OYO group works together in an unprofessional manner, cancels the confirmed/paid booking at the last minute just before check in by taking other bookings at high cost. They wont send you any notification as well. Customer care would put you on hold for hours without any response. They will ruin your trip and will put your family in the middle of the road without hesitation. If you want a confirmed booking, avoid this fraudulent hotel and OYO group of hotels.

I have good experience with this stay at hotel. Staffs are frequently responding our needs and if any queries we have that's why I put 5 start in this rating

Scam Hotel. Had booked their Room through Agoda 20 days in advance with full payment. On the day of arrival they cancelled my booking citing Rooms were full.
