Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This OYO Property I booked this OYO room based on a 4.7 rating, but the experience was nothing short of a scam. The approach road to the hotel was terrible, and despite informing them of our 1 PM arrival, the room cleaning only began after we reached. The entire premises were unhygienic and poorly maintained. The bed was average at best, the AC wiring got disconnected during our stay, and there was no TV provided. The toilet was in a horrible state - even the flush didn't work. When we raised these concerns, the staff simply smiled, offering no help whatsoever. To make things worse, my review seems to have vanished from the OYO website, which raises questions about the authenticity of their listed ratings. Strongly recommend staying away from this OYO property.

Giving 5 stars for the staff who was helpful. Even though we were late due to delayed flight, Ruben helped us with our checkin and was always happy to help. Thank you to much for making our stay safe and comfortable.

Only one staff is here to maintain the whole property. I booked on oyo room and they gave me some shitty room to wait for like 4 hours since the guests didn't check out. Then why the hell should you guys even accept my oyo room booking?

Booked this residency 2 days before from booking.com and got a confirmation email. I selected pay at the hotel since the review is below 4. Morning the receptionist called and confirmed which time I am checking in. When I went for checkin they told like, all the rooms are full and there is no more rooms. Irresponsibly they told like its due corporate booking and they paid the money, then booking got extended, then the other receptionist booked.. blah blah blah..atleast they should have told when they called.. Totally disappointed..

Scam! Avoid at All Costs! This so-called "hotel" is a complete scam. The place is filthy, smells horrible, and is in a remote area with no proper signage. The receptionist was rude, shouted at us to cancel, and even stopped us from taking photos. We tried reaching MMT for a refund, but they ignored us. Unsafe, unhygienic, and completely fraudulent--stay away!

Awesome Experience!!! Wonderful guiding staff to assist. Really good to stay around coimbatore surrounding,eagerly will wait for next check inn.

Not good enough, the pictures are misguiding. Rooms have cockroachs, bathrooms are not clean and sheets are also not good enough. Definitely not a place for family!
