Ok for short emergency stay. Clean, non AC rooms, but no hot water and power backup facility. The caretaker apologised and asked us to "adjust". The lodge is very close to the airport and convenient.

I give 3 stars for the hospitality. The rooms were not great since it's more of like a hostel. But I was in a situation where my room got cancelled last moment at midnight and this place helped me out.

If you want to stay in this place means you should ready to bear the tube light and fan expenses with your money only which is totally exclusive of the rent and also the electricity expenses which comes around 300 - 500. Please beware while booking a room in this mansion because the owner of the mansion too too greedy. He will not refund your full advance money given while at the time of vacating the room. While giving rent or advance money please try to give it through bank account to the owner because it may create a solid evidence while at the time of conflict between the tenant and the owner. He is of such low degradable behaviour.

Owner is worse in behavior. Eventhough u stay for years of years here then u r vacating the room u haven't receive any respect from Owner u r treated as cheaper as begger. Please think twice before u r visiting this mansion . And rooms are not clean . And watchman having skin problem he can't wear dress any time. Atlast my suggestions is stay here and stay roadside is equal only .

24/7 water heater , clean , Ro purifier , rooms can be stayed as monthly or daily.. no power backup..good for bachelors /gents

Poor and Harsh Attitude by the owner. Increasing the rent based on the urgency of our need. Quoting different rate after reaching the place. Also, the rooms and the toilet aren't clean.

The best horrible customer service. Dont know how they can become this rude. Dont go there.

It was absolutely clean and well equipped with hot and cold water!!
