From the moment I arrived, the issues started piling up. The room was extremely dusty, indicating poor housekeeping and a lack of maintenance. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before my arrival. Adding to the discomfort, there were no proper racks or shelves to keep my belongings, making it difficult to organize anything. One of the biggest disappointments was the absence of Wi-Fi, despite it being listed as an amenity. In today's world, having a reliable internet connection is a basic necessity, and not providing it is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the responsible staff was nowhere to be found when I needed assistance. The lack of professionalism and accountability only added to the frustration.

One of the best hotel rooms in the town. I would like to appreciate the service they provide us. Very neat and clean I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nearby to Singanallur bus stand and also safe place to stay with all amenities. Safe Residency to stay with family members. Accomodation and hospitality is good.
