This KFC branch is somewhat OK. Quality of service and food is somewhat OK and can be improved better. Good preparation time is late than usual.

Located in prime location opposite to passport office..Rooms are not kept clean bathroom is not clean..Ac they just switched on and took the remote.only ac fan was working..We just stayed for 6 hours and they charged me 3950 inclusive of tax Very poor maintenance and unhygienic rooms Not fit for family stay

This is a very dirty hotel. The service is very bad, they don't have any manners to talk to us. Actually we had booked a room for three people, they took the payment for triple bed but gave us a double bed room. The hotel manager was saying, you can sleep there by putting a sheet but we will not give an extra bed. The hotel manager, Bhagwant, is a very bad guy.

This place is worst coz it lacks in basic meaning of stay. 1. Rooms were very dirty 2. Bed was stained with whitish marks( eww) 3.wood interiors was molded and hence it was smelly 4.the hallway was filled with smoke smell 5.there is a bar down stairs and I can only imagine the nuisance Stay at your own risk

It is well located on the highway and is near to Kovai medical center and Hospital. Accessibility to public transport is limited during late hours. Though they are charging 1K+ for a room, the basic amenities are missing. Please consider before booking this hotel.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY i stayed here on 03 june 2018 in room number 215 and my experience was utterly pathetic. The staff especially the receptionist are so hostile and rude, so much that it seems like an absolutely degraded place to spent time in. The receptionist blankly and very rudely refuse any assistance you need and moreover will charge you extra money with any random policies they make at their own will & time. Although the rates are cheaper than other hotels in this locality but they are still questionable as the receptionist charges you the amount not mentioned in their online tariff and asks you Rs 400 extra if youh insist for a bill. I came out disgusted after already having overpaid.

Disgusting Experience from the Staff. (Read alot of reviews now and found out most of them are matching to mine, cheating behaviour from the receptionist) Its located just opposite to passport seva kendra and KMCH is just 300mtr away. I enquired all the nearby hotels for a fresh-up and there were none to offer it, and all of them were AC rooms and costs around 3000per two persons. And this one, NA residency is cheap compared with others and have non AC rooms. We had a deal of 1200 for 3persons per night. I booked the hotel by morning for a day. We didn't use the room for the daytime and we, 5people went there and the receptionist didn't even allow us to enter the room, asking us to book a separate room for extra two. We were ready to pay extra for the extra persons and we had a quarrel regarding that. All the hotels allow visitors to the room though.They had a bar downstairs and they told me ,we shouldn't drink from the room((bar downstairs and we shouldn't drink?? We were there not to drink but for an emergency in KMCH, they should understand the mental situation of the guests since the most of us were there were regarding hospital cases)). After the checkout next morning, he charged 1300/- instead of 1200/- and we had a quarrel regarding that too and the receptionist was not even ready to hear us. He just gave us a bill and balance 200/- since we paid 1500/-in advance. Nb: i booked the hotel for a fresh up for my family but after my visit to the room, and the hotel environment, i didn't bring them there . Not okay for a family to stay, but for guys, its a good one with cheap rate. We had a language problem too ,malayalam-tamil. Good for Ok kind of stay!!! Bathrooms in AC rooms are maintained properly. Bathrooms in Non AC rooms are ok only. Both type of rooms are good though. We had a good night sleep here. No disturbance from the staff. No questions asked. We came for a marriage reception and we were satstfied with our stay here. Thanks for your service!!!
