"Absolutely Disgusting - Worst Hotel Experience Ever!" We booked rooms from "treebo". First of all, I checked in and immediately found a cockroach crawling on the wall in my room. It was so gross, I didn't even want to unpack my bags. To make matters worse, there were no remotes for the TV. I asked the front desk about it, and they just shrugged and said "sorry, they're all missing." The room itself was dirty--stains on the carpet, grime on the walls, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in months. To top it off, the hotel doesn't have proper dining area, no tissues, no spoons, they don't have dishes to serve properly. They don't mention this anywhere on their website, so I was really disappointed when I found out. Only one person is there to handle more than 8 rooms. This place is a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rating: (4/5) I stayed here for 3 nights and booked deluxe rooms. The room was quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there was an issue with the TV not working. When I reported it, the staff honestly informed me that it wouldn't be working, without giving any false hope. While this was fine for me, it's something they need to address, especially for families with kids. Despite this, the money spent was worth it, and the place is quite affordable. If you're looking for some budget rooms near the airport, this is a good option.

Great place to stay, awesome customer service. Rooms are very clean and tidy with superb mattress. Most important is there is no noise and it's just great to have found such a good place in middle of city which is close to airport and other main junctions. Spacious parking space where I could park my car safely, which is additional benefit for a traveller like me. Great breakfast and the staff is very caring and humble. Really a very good experience. Would definitely be recommending to my friends. Great value for money

Located next to a function hall. Very noisy when functions are conducted. Rooms are poorly maintained. Nobody is available at reception to attend to guests calls. TVs in the area without DTH connection. Water in the wash rooms are dripping. Open Parking available. Morning breakfast which is included while booking is not provided. Owner visits daily, only to collect money. Not worthy for the tarrif charged.

I recently stayed at Itsy Hotels Mani's Residency in Peelamedu, Coimbatore, and my experience was a mixed bag of positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the hotel rooms were quite good. They were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The cleanliness of the rooms was particularly impressive, reflecting a high standard of upkeep that is crucial for any hotel stay. The ample space allowed for a relaxed and uncluttered stay, which is always appreciated by travelers. However, there were several issues that detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, daily cleaning of the rooms did not occur, which was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort and hygiene during my stay. Regular cleaning is a basic expectation in any hotel, and the lack of it was noticeable. Another significant issue was the breakfast service. Rather than being freshly prepared on-site, the breakfast was purchased from elsewhere. This alone might not have been a problem, but on multiple occasions, I did not receive breakfast at all. One day the reason given was a stockout, and on another, the delay was so long that it became impractical to wait. This inconsistency in providing a basic amenity was frustrating. Additionally, while tea and coffee powder were provided in the rooms, there was no sugar or stirrer included. This oversight rendered the provision somewhat useless unless one had their own supplies. Lastly, there seemed to be a general lack of hospitality knowledge among the staff. Their unawareness and lack of proper training were evident in several interactions, which negatively impacted the overall service quality. In conclusion, while Itsy Hotels Mani's Residency offers good rooms that are spacious and clean, the shortcomings in daily maintenance, breakfast service, and staff training need to be addressed to enhance the guest experience significantly.

Very nice place. Decent rooms. And staff is very welcoming and nice. Enjoyed the stay here. Would like to visit again, to the beautiful hospitality. Nice place to visit with friends and family. Ample of space for vehicles parking. Rooms are also good.

No expectations from treebo s booking like this hotel not basic needs fulfilling items like blanket ,tv remote ,towels and short bath and toilet
