SPOT ON Kayal Residency

Kayal residency hotel is good, but the receptionist person is very arrogant and doesn't know how to respect others, i rented the accommodation through OYO, but since they don't support OYO, they aren't prepared to offer the room. , SInce it is late night i dont have choice i have payed extra RS330 and stayed for that night.They doesnt know how to speak to customers. If they are not supporting OYO they should not advertise their hotel in the site

We have booked in oyo for 730 rs with early check in of 2 hours prior from oyo customer service. But when we arrived we have asked to pay additional (1200 rs). Extra charge for early check-in. Normal rooms, no hot water, no complementary, not so clean. But rooms are spacious.

Such a bloody place. Complete cheating never book online. Their notices are inside their management cabin and book. No mention about the rules inside room but charge for each and everything. Don't trust the management and they will loot you.

I booked online and went there, only to be told I needed to contact customer support to add some complementary packages. While there were no extra charges, the process took time and felt unnecessarily bureaucratic. The staff's tone was uptight and needlessly hostile. I would recommend finding another place. The room and parking, in particular, were decent.

The room was clean , well maintained , budget stay for travellers or business persons. Minus : No water bottles , bring your own

Today I book a room by oyo, I did all payment.... By oyo app rs 672 with Gst Then I been to check in with my wife... The kayal resident reception guy says... It's not the original amount... And asking extra 1000 rupees so very bad experience Highly recommend do not book the room

*Don't Book This Residency* Frauds, well planned for looting money The receptionist doesn't accept online bookings and collects additional money or asks to cancel and leave. Doesn't give receipt for the payment eventhough paid additional. Very bad experience and about rooms its sub class for what amount you pay for the room.

I have done the booking 2 days prior. When I went to Kayal residency, I was refused to let in citing the absence of rooms as a reason . How stupid this sounds ? I didn't know what to do at this time (i.e at 1.50 am). These kind of people are a blot on human race and are a disgrace to humanity. Please don't book a room in Kayal residency, coimbatore irrespective of the money or other features. Purely useless .
