Comfortable friendly hotel where the staff was so friendly and efficient. Every request was met with a smile.We would return or recommend with no hesitation.

The team was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. The service I received was efficient and of high quality, making me feel valued as a customer. The ambiance was pleasant and contributed to a wonderful overall experience.

Pathetic hotel and poor service. Bathroom is full of web, ants and stinky condition. Flush doesn't work in the toilets. Manager in the day shift is inhumane. He doesn't consider senior citizens and infants as he focuses on making money for time extension incase of any little delay in check-outs. Hotel name has been changed from Aiswarya Residency to Skyry Residency which is not changed in MMT or OYO. Guests will end up searching the former name on the map and may reach the location only to find nothing. There no parking space for cars. So park it outside the hotel (street side parking). If there is a better word than pathetic, you can apply it to this hotel
