SHS Grand Park

I recently stayed at the SHS Grand Park in Coimbatore from March 10th to 12th, and I was impressed with the overall experience. *Highlights:* - *Convenient Location*: The hotel is situated in the heart of Coimbatore, within walking distance to major shopping centers and restaurants. - *Friendly Staff*: The front desk team was warm and welcoming, assisting us with check-in and providing valuable recommendations for local attractions. - *Comfortable Rooms*: Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. *Areas for Improvement:* - *Noise Levels*: The room was located near the highway, and we could hear some traffic noise, especially during peak hours. - *Limited Dining Options*: While the hotel's restaurant served decent food, the menu options were limited, and we had to venture out to nearby eateries for more variety. *Recommendations:* - *Request a room on a higher floor*: To minimize traffic noise, consider requesting a room on a higher floor. - *Explore nearby attractions*: The hotel is close to several popular attractions, including the Coimbatore Marina and the VOC Park. Overall, my stay at the SHS Grand Park was pleasant, and I would recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Coimbatore. With some improvements to noise insulation and dining options, the hotel could further enhance the guest experience.

Not good,most people smoking, very worst, bathroom facilities not good, room are not clean,They told Amount for rooms shared by 2 accounts it will be totally fake.Worst experience in my journey

Worst behavior receptionist such a rude person how to treat for customers he don't no service is a worst end,bill also not given properly.

Very very bad experience. Haven't ever experienced such a bad behaviour. Very rude and senseless. We asked for room availability and the receptionist told us "No". The very same time when another person came he gave the room and room was available. I went with along with my husband. He assumed us to be some young couple. He didn't even bother asking us. He just assumed us without even asking. I am not blaming him for thinking about all the possibilities but he should ask atleast. He is gonna loose all the customers if he continues with this attitude. So I highly suggest not to be victim for such a judgement.

I Booked a triple occupant room and a double occupant room, for a night stay in coimbatore after coming from Ooty, the rooms were small and the review photos uploaded here are old ones, the conditions are not same, the indoor parking here is so steep that if you own 4 wheeler with low ground clearance it will hit your vehicle blow , which happened to me and the person at reception was not friendly enough which was bit unpleasant, in my room the water heater dint work. And the prices are bit on higher side compared to what they offer, the location is good but not satisfied on that night stay.

Impolite and rude staff, poor service. Plastic chair not available in room. They don't even provide bathing and hand washing soap, you have to buy from nearby shops. You have to fetch your own drinking water from the reception. Bedsheet is not clean. Lazy a$$ staff. No blankets available, given bedsheets instead. Card payment not accepted. Only cash.

For business stay of one or two days or for admission Purpose in nearby colleges or hospital visits, this hotel's location is very good. Rooms are spacious, AC and TV are ok, with moderate WiFi. Food is brought from nearby restaurant. Underground car park is available. Tariff varies widely in online booking (cheap and no advance) and in reserving in person (with advance). Staff use different room types to substantiate the differences. Basic no frills hotel

One of the best budget hotel at coimbatore. All facilities near the hotel. walkable distance only ramakrishna hospital. Well maintained room. Hot water not available but if we required they provide the room. Well dicipline staff and they are warm welcoming at greating. Comfortable stay||Kanagaraj Adam
