Starting from Booking in reception, House keeping and Service Is really amazing. Safety for family and Women children. Clean and tidy with good ambians. Highlight of the property is Food served with kind hospitality and homely serving by Santhosh and Vishnu. Delicious Food with quick service. Candle light dinner in the roof garden is really safe. Takes care till check out.

I booked this place 10 days before and stressed on their only 1 twin bed. Paid full also. When we arrived at 11 30 pm, the male receptionist told us, sorry, we gave that room to someone..how dumb that can get..me and my male colleague had to adjust in a king bed, in a suit room they provided. They refused to refund or even give another room. Complimentary breakfast was good and the captain was an excellent man. Food was good. However the over all experience with their lax attitude, is unforgivable.

Had a great experience. The rooftop dining ambience is very nice. The only thing that can be improved is the serving time of foods could be a bit fast. Apart from this aspect, all others are good. 9/10.

It's weird that they discriminate for bookings received from Makemytrip / otter platforms. The rooms was extremely terrible and I was offered a better room at extra cost. But the basic cost itself was pricey. Not so hygienic rooms. Food and bar menu are exorbitantly expensive for the portions and quality they offered. I personally did not like any of their dishes. I should have seen Google reviews before booking this hotel The restaurant staff was friendly but front desk team should treat guests more politely.

Not worth the fare for a place in a lovely location. Rooms are not sound proof. Dusty floors. Small beds, poor quality amenities, not enough towels, hand towels, no holders for shampoo, ac vents are dusty, too Many light switches, no centralised control, broken bath room lock. Overall a poor stay experience

Poor Rooms The room in the 4th floor was smelling dingy and needed a lot of repair. The air conditioning was not great as well. The place definitely needs an upgrade . Wouldn't reccomend for families. Other than the location and convenience we didn't like it much

I stayed here for a night. People are nice and the hotel location is also good, but the hotel has serious issues to be sorted out. They have a restaurant on the fifth floor that makes some huge volume music till 11.30 pm. We stayed in the fourth floor and couldn't sleep due to the thumping noise. They have small bathroom with no partion or shower curtain. So the entire bathroom gets filled with water when one takes bath. After that, using the toilet becomes a challenge. They don't have proper parking facility. They have valet parking who park the car infront of the adjacent properties. In the early morning around 7 am, they don't have drivers to get the car. So you need to find the car and drive it. If you have luggages, you need to carry it to the car. If you are travelling alone and not driving there and got a room which is not in fourth floor, then you can consider. Else you should find some other hotel.
