OYO Flagship 22529 Elegance Inn

They cheated me by by making me pay etc for early check in .. when i had verified before hand about the early chech in charges... One receptionist asked me to pay 100 and then another receptionist during check out asked me to pay 150 per hour ... So I had to pay extra 600 for extra 4 hours ... The hotel is not worth of this price as the white bedsheets have turned yellow and the rooms smells as well. Washrooms are dirty and smelly and it will be always wet as the AC water vent is through the washroom.. so water from ac always drops in the washroom. So be safe and avoid

Good: Room was clean. AC was in good condition. Reasonable price. Reception allowed us to keep our bags after check-out. Cool/warm drinking filter water was available at reception. Bad: Lift wasn't working. Hot water wasn't available after morning. And even then was lukewarm at best. Towels were dirty. My friend found the shower water salty after accidentally tasting it. Bathroom got clogged due to no fault of ours.

They don't allow guest's inside the rooms. Incase if someone wants to meet you in the hotel, you need to come down and talk infront of everyone. I was surprised to learn all these rules and regulations after paying my money! Moreover, staffs don't treat you right. No soaps or shampoo was provided, when requested they said we should bring our own soaps lol! Room was decent but the people there make it worse. Horrible service ever. You don't want people to treat you like you're staying for free, do you?

They lack hospitality in all ways possible. No spoons, no glasses, sticky floor, amenities kit not available, broken bathroom lock. no basic channels on DTH (they didn't activate free channels too). Top management couldn't handle guests politely or they don't like guests coming through goibibo. Overall it's a bad choice for a pleasant stay.

The ambience, lighting and colours were good. Rest room was neat, TV did not work, Lift did not work which is a minor inconvenience. On close inspection the bedsheets were not that clean, was able to notice some stains. Good place for a temporary stay in city, we may have to insist the reception to change the sheets if we are too particular about cleanliness. The soaps and conditioner was available in bathroom, had to ask for the towel though.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen or been in. I have travelled to many states across and never had this bad experience as this hotel. We had come for a wedding and had booked around 25 rooms, our check in time was 12PM but we came at 3PM, 15 rooms weren't even cleaned, they took around 2-3 hours to Allott the rooms. Some rooms dint have water and some dint have hot water. Few people had to change 2-3 rooms which caused a lot of inconvenience to the guests who attended the wedding. The service of the hotel is the worst. They charge so much and the quality of service isn't upto mark. I suggest people not to have a stay with this hotel.

Not worth the price! Pro's: Staff are friendly and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Con's: Hot water facility was not functional as desired.Hot water was coming out even in Wash basin and commode!. Room Floor was sticky. Cable TV only free channels were available. Noise Disturbance from other room occupants.

The worst stay in my entire life. At first, we reached coimbatore at late evening and it was so difficult to find the place as it was interior in streets. Then we were waiting for the staffs to pick up our luggages but ended up carrying by us. Then we were informed to park outside (some random uncovered site) and told us those site belongs to us . Then we checked in to the room, the rooms were dirty,restroom were not cleaned and there was a underwear hanging on the hanger in the restroom.Then we complained in the reception but there was not quick response and later they gave change in room. After change in room, there was no hot water for taking bath and when we enquired about hot water they said it would come only in particular timings in the morning.The next day in the morning, they served complimentary breakfast (onion uthapam and coffee)which was cold. Later we went out and gave the keys in the reception to clean our rooms. We arrived in the evening, we went to the rooms and shocked to see the rooms were not cleaned and again complained to them but they gave some excuses stating that change in duty. The next day in the morning they served again us complimentary breakfast (Khichidi vada and coffee) which again was cold.Now even there is no hot water at 8am to take bath and they told us they have turned off the geyser. When we checking out there was no staff to help us to pick and place our luggages in our car.
